Só tenho algo a dizer para quem faz, diariamente, autoavaliações se pesando e tirando fotos antes e após o treino: PARE, simplesmente pare 🤦🏻‍♂️!
▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃ Creio que é do senso comum que os resultados não irão aparecer de um dia para o outro, certo?
Dito isso, por que se cobrar dia após dia de um resultado que só será atingindo com o decorrer de alguns dias/meses 🤷🏻‍♂️?

  • Rear delts on 🔥. -
The shoulder head has 3 different sections: the front delt, the side/lateral delt and the rear delt. The rear is the one that most girls and some males forget to train. They promote great posture and shape the posterior chain (the back). It add to the roundness of the shoulder, so it makes it look fuller. Don't neglect this part of the shoulder: work ALL 3 HEADS/ PARTS!! -

Followed by some other leggie things, and I even did some bench. 
I think I said I quit powerlifting at least 4 times today 🤷🏼‍♀️. Just feeling kind of bleh lately with lifting, so hopefully changing my programming  will do something for me. 
Anybody with tips on how to get out of a lifting funk hmu.

Kyle is usually spot on in regards to my work capacity. Does anyone else have a lifting partner that can call your sets/reps? Fatigue and technique?

•3-0-3 Tempo Belt Squat: 3x10
•Hamstring Curl: 3x12
•Weighted Deadbugs: 70 reps
