  • How much water do you drink in a day? Do you keep track of you’re hydration levels throughout the day? If you’re ever feeling thirsty, chances are you’ve been dehydrated for hours already. This is ‘No Bueno’ especially for athletes, who sweat constantly to maintain a stable temperature. Their loss of fluids are much higher than the average person, but we all should keep track of our water intake. No I don’t mean logging how much water you’re drinking. I have always found methods like this to be monotonous for myself, but if you feel it would help you love your healthiest life, by all means do your thing. For most, keeping mental note of your symptoms and how long ago you had any fluids (ideally water) is just fine. The darker your urine is, the higher the concentration of minerals. This could mean you have consumed plenty of vitamins/minerals (multivitamins?) or you have low fluid levels. If you are dehydrated, then you have lowered cognitive performance, lowered athletic performance, muscular cramps, emotional instability, higher injury proneness, etc etc etc. In the mornings the very first thing I do is chug a very large glass of cold water and it sets me up for a well hydrated day. I suggest you do the same. Stay hard. Work hard, but also work smart. #bodyweighttraining #fit #movement #nutrition #workout #muaythai #muscles #boxing #hydration #water #nutrition #calisthenics #kickboxing #mma #health #wellness #personaltrainer #fitness #exercise #improvement #instagram #socialmedia #onlinecoach #daily #strength #speed #power #career #powerlifting #gymnastics #ufc
