  • Winning At Pre-Season Training ⚡️

Soccer is a difficult sport to coordinate - in some countries (@ Germany, HELLO!), there’s essentially no off-season and a minimal pre-season.
.
However, pre-season is NOT about getting athletes “back into shape”. If you programmed your year right, you should have to.
.
(Getting “back into shape” after a weak off-season is exhausting and takes unnecessary time.)
.
If you’ve spent your off-season getting brutally strong, it’s time to transition to the pre-competitive phase, or pre-season.
.
This is about speed & power.
.
It’s time to take the strength and resilience earned in off-season and transfer it to a pitch-/game-specific benefit. LFG!
.
Here are some general guidelines for PS. Speed and power become our new faves, but we DON’T neglect strength training (what’s up WEIGHTS!!) or our prehab. The whole body should still be weight training, but as a supplement to the rest.

Tag somebody in pre-season!!

I at least do this activity 3x there and back. Try to avoid touching the cones or balls as you dribble through them. At the end of the day, activities like this are fun and simple to do by yourself or maybe in a group!🙏🏼⚽️ #soccerislife

  • Schulung von Auftaktaktion und Torabschluss: Mit dieser Übung wird in einem quadratischen Feld trainiert, das in drei weitere Felder aufgeteilt ist. Der Spieler befindet sich hinter der Linie des großen Feldes und dribbelt in das Feld ein. Als nächstes hat er die Aufgabe einen temperierten Pass in eines der beiden kleinen Felder zu spielen. Gleichzeitig bekommt er einen zweiten Ball vom Trainer zugespielt und schießt auf das Tor. Danach schießt er den selbst gepassten Ball auch auf das Tor. Außerdem können auch Technikaufgaben gegeben werden für das Eindribbeln in das Feld.
