  • 7.5 miles on the bike and 1.5 on the elliptical ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป betting stronger every day! I finally had the gym to myself to take mirror selfies ๐Ÿคฃ I like working out late at night when there arenโ€™t many people at the gym.. for some reason I get a better workout in!  Iโ€™m still weighing in at over 200 but Iโ€™m getting there! #dwanafit #dwanafitness #lovovelove #gym #snapfitness #9miles

2. Spend more time with nature.  Go for a walk, do some gardening, find a good hiking trail. ๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒป 3. Focus on things you want vs things you donโ€™t.  For example, instead of saying โ€œI donโ€™t want to be weakโ€, try saying โ€œI want to be strongโ€. ๐Ÿ’ช

4.  Celebrate small victories.  When you workout- be proud!! When you make healthier food choices- good for you! Catch yourself in negative self-talk and correct it- way to go!! 5.   • No-bake peanut butter oat freezer bars ๐Ÿ˜Ž rush last weekend was a lot and then i woke up monday with a fever just in time for my first *full* week of classes which was really really fantastic. and then that fever turned into a stomach bug and i havenโ€™t had a vegetable since. on the bright side: being sick forced me to rest and not get way ahead of myself. the semester literally just started and i was already creating problems that didnโ€™t exist. reality check and bed rest was somewhat appreciate.

but iโ€™m better now! and naturally, my return to health involves something covered in chocolate.

no-bake peanut butter oat freezer bars
minimal ingredients and super easy to make. proven to help you win friends this semester.

1 c peanut butter
ยฝ c maple syrup
โ…“ c melted coconut oil
1 c oats
โ…“ c coconut flakes
chocolate + extra coconut for topping

mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil together until evenly combined. fold in oats and coconut flakes and spread evenly in baking pan lined with parchment paper. chill in the freezer for 30+ min. drizzle with melted chocolate bar and sprinkle with extra coconut flakes. i used dark chocolate here! pop back in the freezer for 10 min or until chocolate hardens, slice, and enjoy! โšก๏ธโšก๏ธ **store in fridge for gooey bars, freezer for former bars** happy to be back in the swing of things, lots of fun stuff to comeeeee
