  • Welcome guys! So here is my story, please read... I am 15 years old and currently 75kg, I have been trying to lose weight for ages because I have struggled with my weight my whole life. Despite my attempts I always seem to give up. So the point of this account is to motivate me to not give up because if o feel like there is people on this journey with me, supporting me,I won’t want to let other people down as well as myself. So I would really appreciate any encouragement and follows. My official goal is to get down to 55kg which is a long way away but if I do get there I will do a before and after but for now my account will consist of healthy food and recipes, different workouts I am going to try and just a diary sort of thing. So please share and join me on my journey x ~ T

  • Smoothie bowl 🍇🥥 The passed week I’ve been super sick with the flu. My top tips for fighting off the flu ! 
1. Drink loads of water.
2. Fresh ginger, lemon and honey tea. ☕️
3. Bone broth ! Good for the gut. 
4. REST! Your not going to get better without stopping and relaxing the body. Allow it to repair and fight off the sickness. 🤒

Freeze bananas overnight and blend them in the morning with a splash of liquid of your choice. Separate the mixture and add frozen blueberries or blue spirulina to one mixture and blend again.   • Happy Monday😍😍😍 (🇵🇱⤵️) healthy Dinner in 30 min?🙈😁😁😁 Express Yellow Curry will bring smile on your face and warmth in your belly😀😀😀 So comforting, easy and no skills required🙌🙌🙌 prepare it with almost no effort!!! 🤗Have a beautiful evening💓💓💓☀️☀️☀️😘

Express Yellow Curry 30 minutes:
·  1/2 cauliflower
·  1/2 red peppers ·  1/2 can of chickpeas
·  1/4 baked pumpkin ·  2 small spoons of Yellow Curry paste
.  1 spoon of turmeric powder
·  1 can of coconut milk
·  Olive oil to spray the pan
·  Fresh corriander and lime
Sprinkle cauliflower with turmeric. Put cauliflower and the whole pumpkin to the oven and bake it for 20-25 minutes (180 Celsius degrees). Heat  the pan, spray it and add Curry Paste. Once you smell the paste add coconut milk and bring it to boil. Add peppers and cook with lid on for 15 min. Add cauliflower, pumpkin and chickpeas for 1 minute. Enjoy!!!

·  1/2 czerwonej papryki ·  1/2 puszki cieciorki
·  1/4 pieczonej dyni ·  2 male lyzki pasty Yellow Curry
.  1 lyzka kurkumy
·  1 puszka mleka kokosowego
·  Oliwa z oliwek (spray na patelnie)
·  Swieza kolendra i limonka 
Posyp kalafiora kurkuma. Wstaw kalafiora i dyne w calosci do piekarnika na 20-25 minut (180 stopni Celcjusza). Rozgrzej patelnie i spryskaj oliwa z oliwek, dodaj zolta paste chilli. Jak poczujesz piekny zapach pasty to dodaj mleko kokosowe i doprowadz je do wrzenia. Dodaj papryke czerwona i gotuj pod przykryciem 15 minut. Dodaj kalafior, dynie I cieciorke - gotuj przez 1 minute. Smacznego!!!
