  • Didn’t post my weigh-in last week, mainly because I forgot! But after a 1lb gain, I was determined to get back on track and it worked👌🏼
Not sure how accurate my scales are compared to the usual group ones, but it’s still better than nothing! Weighing in the same place every week though, as apparently weighing in your bathroom and weighing downstairs makes a difference of 1lb!😧

Brunch: Granola and banana
Dinner: Chips in the actifry, a poor sad salad 🙄 and Chinese salt and chilli chicken, I covered the chicken for a couple of hrs in the spices and it was gorgeous!! Supper: Fruit salad and 2 Allen lights

There can definitely be outside influences that make this journey tougher on a lot of us: social pressures or familial ones. Work functions or stressful life events.

  • I feel like I haven’t posted a food pic in ages...? But yet again it’s chilli!😂
I do apologise I mean...90% of my meals are chilli because it’s so easy to make in bulk and it lasts forever (echoes ever ever ever) <<100% a dad joke level😂 .

I have been a bit like al over the place the past few days I haven’t really counted my calories or been focused on staying on plan BUT I haven’t eaten badly just I haven’t been watching if you get what I mean??

I think mentally I just can’t be bothered and I feel good, I’m still running when I can and walking my dog which is lush for clearing the head mess!

  • 🌟THROWBACK THURSDAY🌟

What should have been such an amazing holiday to Iceland 🇮🇸 I felt was ruined because I was overweight. Looking back now it makes me feel so sad that I let my weight take over my life. I stopped going out and stopped getting pictures. I have just a hand full of pictures from this holiday. I just felt so uncomfortable in my own skin and felt that I didn’t want to be seen or noticed. 
Now...this picture was taken on Tuesday when I plucked up the courage to try on bikinis I still have from 5 years ago. My confidence and body are back! I feel that I am myself again and I actually can’t wait to go on holiday this year (when this virus is over 🦠) and show it off 💁🏽‍♀️ I know my body isn’t perfect I haven’t got abs popping out but I am so proud and happy with my body right now. It’s so important to not compare yourself to others (I’m the worst for this) every body is different and will look different too! 💕
