- Aaand Day 3!
Sunday was amazing, it didn't rain (thank god!) but did get rather chilly in the evening 😅
As you can see that we were in chairs this time and I made sure I brought my large poncho as a blanket with my options hot chocolate, loving life and watching @thisissigrid @chvrches and @lanadelrey which was pretty damn rad.
And also more car picnic! It's a new favourite hobby, why picnic outside when you can picnic in a car with your best gal @millymolly1987 grazing on SALADA and cous cous? SIS YES.
This is what life is about, spending time with good friends, eating great food and just having a good laugh. Memories were made, experiences will be cherished and most importantly I didn't feel self conscious one bit 🥰
To all who have put off events, occasions and just in general leaving the house, the outside is a pretty cool place, put your fav sandals on, your fav sunnies and slap on that suncream, because this is a summer of us - fuck anxiety🌻

- YORKSHIRE PUDDING WRAP WITH GARLIC AND ONION WEDGES 🥔🌯.
Yorkshire pudding wrap same as always - 60G of flour, 2 eggs, 100ML of semi skimming milk, salt and pepper. Spray a round cake tin (I use 20cm one which I got in Tesco) with a shit load of frylight and put in the oven for 10 minutes until the oil is ridiculously hot. Add the mix and put it back in the oven. I cook for 11 minutes exactly and find that’s perfect. Try 11 minutes and see how you get on BUT DONT OPEN THE OVEN DOOR. Mixture above will make 2 Yorkshire puds at 4.5 syns each. Make sure you check which flour you use because they do differ. Filled the Yorkshire with roast beef and 2 syns of Tesco creamed horseradish. .
Wedges are the usual. Whole potato’s peeled, cut in to wedges and the microwaved for 10 minutes. I then coated them with garlic granules, onion salt and fry light and baked in the oven. SYN FREE.
For the crispy kale, I put the kale on a baking tray, sprayed with frylight and salt and baked. Be sure to remove the stalks and keep an eye out on it because the line between burnt and crispy is incredibly thin. Doesn’t need long in the oven at all! SYN FREE.
The gravy was mayflower chicken gravy. The chicken gravy with the beef wrap kind of worked? Roughly 4 syns but it’s Sunday, who’s counting? 🤫
