  • Breakfast this morning is the same as usual 🍓. Having a milky coffee ☕️ this morning instead of tea. I’m off work today & I’m so glad as my back is in bits ☹️. Going to try & do a few loads of washing though as it’s such a beautiful day 🌤. #slimmingworld #swpregnancy #swuk #sw

  • Breakfast this morning! I wanted something naughty cos i’m exhausted! Thank you to everyone who was so lovely last night and gave great advice! I really do appreciate it, I know everyone has ups and downs with their weight loss but it’s frustrating when you haven’t had an ‘up’ yet 😫 anyway I’ll keep plodding on! 12 weeks till my cousins wedding and 14 weeks till my holiday! Another PT session again tonight which I’m looking forward to 💪🏽 #swinstagram #slimmingworld #myslimmingworldjourney #fedup #holidaycountdown #keepgoing #positivevibesonly

  • It’s not just about food though is it, it’s the emotional connection to it. When you’re sad, stressed, anxious, lonely, exhausted and so on. Although a very personal post of a message from my foster daughter to us, i wanted to share a tiny piece of our life and journey the passed 12 months. I’ve gained 2 stone in 12 months and I feel it. I feel the weight, the heaviness, the tiredness, I feel every bit of it and that’s where I go to when the real adult stuff grinds you down. However, that said, the new lifestyle, the push for feeling better each and every day is for my two girls for every single reason it is for many of you out there. I want to love life in every single possible way and give these girls positive messages about their health and well-being because let’s face it, it’s not JUST FOOD, it’s personal ❤️👌
