Nada más cierto en la actualidad. Como mamá y profesional cada vez me preocupa más lo que estamos haciendo con esta nueva generación.

Niños tecnológicos, poca empatía, llenos de tareas, sin espacios para divertirse y padres que tienen que trabajar en la calle para llevar el sustento a casa.
•

Los chicos pasan el día entero en la guardería o bien llegan a casa y los cuidan nanas que en el mejor de los casos son preparadas para eso.
•

Es preocupante que le pedimos lectura a los 4 y 5 años pero no saben saludar. Les pedimos que se sienten a trabajar y no saben correr porque no hay quien los lleve a los parques.
Disculpen pero estoy preocupado

  • Bent-over rows & inverted rows.
It's been awhile since I've been to the gym due to my salmonella virus. 
It feels good to be back.

That leads me to my second thought.
Don't feel bad that you missed 1 or 2 days or even weeks!!!
I missed 2 weeks of exercising like I used to and let me tell you I felt bad during that whole time.
BUT you shouldn't!
I realized that your body needs rest so please it give it as much rest as it needs! 
And give your body some away time from the gym!
Even though I was sick, my body was still able to use that time to recover fully!
