The L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. is raiding a Hollywood Hills home in connection to a shooting involving an SUV registered to YG, which left one deputy shot and an innocent bystander dead.
Sheriff's sources say the house is leased by YG ... but he was not detained or arrested and was not present on the property during the raid. Deputies got a judge to sign a search warrant in connection with the incident involving a wild police chase earlier this month.

Give this bench press variation a shot.
1-1-2 DB bench press. Do a rep with your right arm, then a rep with your left arm, then a rep with both arms, that’s 1 rep.
1️⃣Make sure your arm is not “resting” in the bottom position. You should be actively squeezing the DB and staying tight, creating as much tension as possible!
2️⃣Make sure your scaps stay back and down and don’t over press.
3️⃣Think of “pulling” the DB down each rep, don’t just lower it.
4️⃣Challenge yourself with the weights. Keep the reps b/w 5-8.
