  • LEARNING | My journey here is coming to an end, I feel weird going back to the city after being surrounded by nature for a long time, I feel excited going back to Omar (my beautiful hubby) and to my bed. I will miss being here, having this routine, and the beautiful souls I have met
🌈🦄
I am happy I’m going home with a lot of learned lessons, feeling super proud of my self for completing this (I have been dreaming about this for years), I can’t wait to share with everyone back home about this journey
🦄🌈
I will miss this journey and I will forever keep it in my heart, I am a better version of myself because of it
.
WE DONT STOP LEARNING WHEN WE DIE, WE DIE WHEN WE STOP LEARNING

  • Postpartum hair loss is scary.
Talking about it wasn’t easy at all. In fact, i went through it alone. My husband was still in South Korea at that time I couldn’t talk about it because I knew he couldn’t do anything about it and why even bother him about it.
Around this time a year ago, I noticed my hair was falling out like crazy. The hair loss increased little by little until one morning I realized half my hair was gone. Not only was I losing my hair, but also my hair was extremely dry, brittle, damaged, and just a hot mess overall. I tried different products and nothing seemed to work. I then, decided to cut 6 inches off because.... that would fix it right? 😂 I was wrong.... 🤦🏻‍♀️ * I remember going to bed CRYING every night. I couldn’t handle not only losing my body, but also my hair!
See the thing is, us mommas give up tons for our babies (and I would do it 1000 times) but that doesn’t mean we have to let ourselves go.
I have finally ran into naturally based hair care products and OH MY GOD! ✨ why didn’t I see them earlier!? Our hair is a big deal y’all! That’s our crown 👑
We have to take care of it.
DHT is the hormone that causes hair follicles inflammation, which turns into loss of hair.
Monat are naturally based products with Capyxil which help and promote hair growth! Yep, you heard that right!
I could talk about it all day long. I encourage you to reach out to me and let’s talk about hair loss and how to get you fixed ♥️ .

  • I attended one more seminar this weekend, and I learned so much of valuable information.
Here's one powerful concept that I want to share here.
If you have ambitious goals in life, like growing a multi-million company or becoming the best of the best in your field of business or career, try starting with making small agreements with yourself and commiting to them 💯 %
These small agreements can be like "I will start exercising weekly," or "I will stop being late to meetings," or whatever it is that's related to your big goal. You make that promise and then you can't break that promise to yourself. If you promised yourself to stop eating so much sweets and the next day you stuffed your face with chocolate chip cookies, you lost! Start over.

Because if you can't commit to a small promise to yourself, how do you ever going to commit to achieving bigger goals in life?
I thought it was very true because we take small steps towards achieving success in anything. Making that promise to yourself is simply ensuring consistent progress towards your big goal.
What do you think?

  • I’m working on lots of new things in my life at the moment, and I find myself wondering if I’m really making any progress? I’m putting in all this work and effort but feel like nothing is outwardly changing and that I’m never going to get to where I want to go.

Working on an offering for my business that just hasn’t come together yet. Dating, dating, dating (particularly in the first half of the year) but no lasting connections. Three weeks into my exercise program but not really seeing any significant changes.

It can be extremely tempting at this point to give up. To give in to the story that entrepreneur life just isn’t for me; that dating is too much hard work and I’m never going to find my match; that my days of strength training are over.

After a timely prompt from @carlystephan though, I was reminded that every little step counts and that progress is being made, even if I can’t see it yet.

It’s like waiting for a pot of water to boil.... From the outside, it looks like nothing much is happening. One minute passes, five minutes pass and outwardly the water still looks the same as it did at the start. Then, all of a sudden, the temperature hits boiling point and BAM, there are bubbles. Something has changed and something is happening - almost in the blink of an eye.

It’s the same with change in the rest of your life. You go along feeling like nothing is happening, nothing is happening.... and then one day, something IS happening. All the little steps and hard work are accumulating below the surface, building to the moment where there is a breakthrough.

After weeks of research, consideration and planning, the business offering is complete. After months of putting yourself out there, refining who you are looking for and of learning more about yourself, the right romantic connection drops in. After getting used to the exercises, your body catches up with the metabolic changes happening on the inside and in week five, you see noticeable outward results.

The key point is that you must keep going in order to allow the water temperature to increase. (Cont’d in comments below).

  • Even the small progress. Even the stuck point. Yes, the confusing bits too. ⠀
⠀
It matters and it counts. ⠀
⠀
Looking inwards takes massive GUTS and if you’re in it right now, I'm sending you a HUMONGO round of applause. Keep going. Watch your world transform. 💫

  • What kind of self love and or self care did you do today?
Use Saturday or Sunday to put time aside for that. You need and deserve it.
Go help others.
Learn something new.
Plan your days and weeks put down what you want to do and do it.
Give yourself a facial.
Eat good food.
And enjoy nature.

  • NEW BLOG POST!
{ Babe, You Got This! } ✨

This is a wayyy different form of blog than I am use to but I was feeling called to put this out.
This one is a letter from me to all of you. To whomever feels called to read this- this ones for you. .
Babe, you got this!
Is a phrase or term that I repeatedly hear more often in my life from people who literally would do anything to support my growth. It’s words I’ve always desired to hear. It’s words that mean so much to my heart. .

So this is my way of sending that love back to all of you. My way of sending you empowerment, inspiration and support to get through whatever is in front of you. The good. The bad. The ugly. The frustrating. The obstacle. The marathon. The climb. Whatever it is.
I know in my heart that whatever we are faced with comes to us because we have the capacity to “deal with it”. To be courageous enough to get through to the other side. .

So BABES.... YOU GOT THIS!

  • SELF-CARE isn't selfish. While Blair was napping and Haleigh was out doing errands with her dad I decided to do my morning routine since I wasn't able to get it done earlier. When I started I felt anxious. I had to pause for a moment and ask myself why. The answer was GUILT. I was feeling guilty for taking some time to myself to get aligned and recharged. I took a moment to remind myself that **investing in my own growth and self development isn't selfish it's self-care!!** The bottom line is that we all need some time for self-care {whatever that is for you} so we can feel our best 🖤 #selfcareisntselfish #selfcaresunday

  • MOVEMENT is important to me!! Is it important to YOU?
.
And moving is what you MAKE it.
.
My FAVORITE is running!! But I also enjoy lifting, HIIT, walking, yoga. Some days I just like a good STRETCH. They ALL play a part in my HAPPINESS with my personal movement. .
And YES I am a SPIRITUAL being ✌ in order to keep me in my flow, I need to move. Being STAGNANT does no good for anyone.
.
What is YOUR fave way to get in your groove? 💚

  • LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE
•
This shadow work can be a little, well, dark sometimes. I mean, it's in the name. Feeling all the feelings that we have worked stinkin' hard at ignoring our entire lives is not what one might call "fun."
•
It's finding the balance and going into your shadow and murk to see, witness and be with whatever is there. We go in with intention, to shine a light on parts of ourselves that have been exiled: the disconnected parts or us.
•
The Inner-Child Connector Course teaches you how to do this. It guides you to work with the more painful parts of yourself in a way that helps you bring lightness, softness and compassion in, and gives you a tool belt that you can reach into to support yourself at any time.
•
One of the most beautiful things I have experienced is the child-like laughter that erupts out of my belly when I'm working with parts of myself who were once in pain and who now experience freedom, allowing me to create the life I've always wanted without inhibition from my past.
•
I live for those belly laughs, they make the hard emotions manageable, and provide so much healing!
•
Head to the link in my profile @mollyjwilder to sign up for the course, it starts on August 26th and space is limited!
•
Ps. Did you know the BETA course comes with 1 free coaching call? Limited time offer.
•
pps. a support system is always helpful! Thanks @tarabrunetmindset✨

  • Surrender. I used to think that surrender was a passive state.

Allowing the world to happen. Disengaged. Absorbing the frequencies and preferences of life around me, because surely life is on my side, right?

Yoga had deeper wisdom for me. Yoga taught me that true surrender is in fact a very active state. In order to allow one group of muscles to relax, all of the others must be properly aligned....a position of incredible strength and determined focus. In this proper alignment, the mind can direct the breath to release. Simultaneously, the body releases tension and the mind realizes that the tension was in itself from the beginning.

In life, this alignment is showing up with vulnerability and openness to oneself to see where there is work to be done and also having the integrity to commit to the practices wholeheartedly. Only then can we surrender to all that life patiently holds for us. We surrender when we accept that we can hold a vision, but cannot control the “how.” From this space, the synchronicities of life ensure us that, all along, life has been on our side. 🖤
