  • Whether you think you made the wrong or the right decision, there’s no way it could have been any different. This quote makes me think of Sliding Doors, the movie where two different versions of  Gwenyth Paltrow’s life are played out when she either misses or catches her train. In the end (spoiler alert) she still breaks up with her boyfriend and ends up meeting the other guy, there are just two different scenarios that lead her to that point. Regardless of what decisions you make, you will always end up where you need to be 💫

  • Hands up if you overthink things?

I for sure am guilty of this one at times! 
What have I learned? Sometimes we just need to live in the moment. Enjoy and live the day we are in right now.

I am just finishing day 57 of #75hard

#75hard is
2 x 45 minute workouts a day (one must be outdoors)
10 pages of reading a personal development book
4 litres of water
1 progress picture
Follow a diet of your choice
No alcohol 
Have I been tested over the last 57 days?

Yes for sure

Why?
Mainly through my own self sabotage of thinking ten days in advance, twenty days in advance. Winding myself up on how can I keep doing this.

So how have I got this far.
I stopped took a deep breath.
Took advice from a few legends.
Then I took one single day at a time.
Now look where I am.. on day 57!

I’ve learnt so much about myself and will share more. However for now. When you get that feeling of overwhelm. The feeling your not really sure you can carry on.

Stop!

Don’t think too much about what can happen in a month. 
Don’t think too much about what can happen in a year. 
Focus on the 24 hours in front of you and do what you can to get closer to where you want to be. 💕

I see of course it wasn’t a misfortune but an opportunity to heal myself,  to shine brighter, to try harder, to grow stronger enabling me to heal others along the way.

  • // BAREFACE CONFIDENCE// The skin you're in and the way it looks are so important to self confidence and how you feel. How you feel makes a massive impact on how you act. So I wanted to share what I've learned with you all! 
The key I've found is for botanically based products which don't have harmful chemicals. The two ranges I've been using are the RE9 and Bio Hydria from Arbonne. My skin improved in quality with the RE9 but had stepped up again with 3 days of Bio Hydria! The skin is the largest organ in the body and it's condition can be hugely affected by the body's hydration. 
Ok so what's the difference between dry and dehydrated skin? - Dry skin is a type that you're born with and affects the skin all over the body - Dehydrated skin is a condition which can make your skin feel dry whilst oily. It occurs when the skin does not have enough water in the top layer of skin. 
How do you overcome dehydrated skin? Drink more water and use aloe based skincare. Bio Hydria has that and another wonder plant called Edulis. I've been amazed by the results in just a few days!

  • Any fellow busy people out there? 🙋🏽‍♀️ I imagine any and everyone reading this is raising their hand - I mean, who ISN'T busy these days? BUT we can't use busy-ness as an excuse to not prioritize our health. I was totally guilty of that when I was trying to get control of my health way back when.
When I first got started on my wellness journey, I was fumbling through the motions and constantly feeling so...frantic and overwhelmed!⁣ Especially when it came to fitting healthy habits into my day consistently.
⁣
Then I thought about it this way...everything else in life has a schedule...⁣
⁣
🕖 I go to work at a certain time⁣
🕑 I take lunch at a specific time⁣
🕔 I leave work at a certain time⁣
🕗 I have doctors and dentist appointments at specific times⁣
⁣
...why aren't my health habits scheduled as well?

This is when everything clicked! And it will for you too if you commit.⁣
⁣
Consistency is key, but a major key to consistency is being able to manage your time like a BOSS! 😎⁣
⁣Schedule everything...including the habits necessary for you to achieve your wellness goals: ♦️Decide what day and time you'll go grocery shopping⁣
♦️Decide what time you'll workout everyday⁣
♦️Go to bed and wake up at the same time daily (yes, even weekends - it's better for you biologically)⁣
♦️Decide what day(s) and time(s) you'll meal prep⁣
⁣
Having a set time for major value-add activities highly improves your chances of being consistent, and when you're consistent that's where the magic happens! That's when you begin to form the habits you need to reach your goals, and when you have those habits in place...the rest is a breeze.⁣
