  • Guys! Thank you so much for the most lovely response after sharing a simple remedy foragable at your finger tips! ⁣
⁣
My recipe for a Herbal Hair Tonic is now up in my highlights to watch when ever you fancy getting crafty in your kitchen to magic up a self loving product that doesn’t cost the earth and is super nourishing! ⁣
⁣
Three simple herbs found native to the U.K. and across Europe; Horsetail, Nettle and Rosemary along with two daily essentials water and some apple cider vinegar (preferably with the mother).⁣
⁣
Nettle is literally at arms reach, Horsetail is spotted by your local river and Rosemary I’m sure is growing in your, friends or family’s garden (I’m sure they won’t mind you pinching a few sprigs!) ⁣
⁣
All you need is a handful of each herb, 400ml of water, 100ml of apple cider vinegar and a 500ml bottle (I kept a glass bottle purposefully for this remedy to resuse afterwards too) and a pan. ⁣
⁣
Load your pan up with each herb and pour your water over the top, don’t worry your herbs will boil down and submerge! Boil on a low heat for at least 10-15 mins with the lid on, you want your water turning green for an effective infusion, the colour is proof that the boiling water is extracting all the goodness from your herbs! ⁣
⁣
Set aside your pan of boiled herbs to cool for a few minutes, and then through a sieve strain the herbal water into a jug - you want to push your herbs down with a spoon to release extra water that they may be carrying! Add your apple cider vinegar to you herbal infused water and mix, pour mix into a glass bottle and your Herbal Hair Tonic is ready to use! ⁣
⁣
I use mine in between shampooing and conditioning my hair, pouring a handful and running the tonic through my hair and massaging my scalp. Rinse hair with water afterwards and condition your hair as normal. Apply this method twice a week for naturally silky and fully nourished hair! ⁣
⁣
The herbs featured are packed full of properties that cleanse, strengthen and protect your hair, properties all explained in highlights as ‘Herbal Hair Tonic’ ⁣
⁣
Feel free to tag me in your post when making and sharing this remedy, I would love to see! ⁣
⁣
Happy Making! 🌿

  • Anyone else out there find change hard? 🙋🏼‍♀️
.
.
After moving around so much in my life including from the country of my birth, I definetely thought I was good at it. The last couple of years have shown me how much I value the familiar, even when change is good and necessary. .
.
I used to miss our first flat disproportionately, then when we traveled I missed the last place we visited regardless of how it was, now I miss London and our attic even though when we were there I was soo ready to move. Soon I’ll miss my sisters big rambling home when we move out 🏡
.
.
I have a tendency for nostalgia, it feels safe and comfortable and change require stepping up and stepping out and that’s not always easy. .
.
But here’s to trying and the fun that comes with it. New friends and experiences, growth and perspective and adventure. I’ll squeeze the good out of it and find the joy ✨
.
.
How do you cope with change?

  • ⬇️ FACTS IN THAILAND 🇬🇧|🇵🇭
-
🇬🇧 So basically today is my third day here in Thailand and So far it has been brilliant every single day. Most people here are nice and they do have beautiful tourist spots that you can visit too. Food wise they do different curry dishes from (mild to very spicy) that you can choose from and If you don’t like spicy food I wouldn’t recommend Thai food at all. Lastly, their “water” if your stomach is weak like mine I wouldn’t recommend drinking water from the faucets because the water from the faucets are not filtered at all. In addition, be prepared for real lady boys they are all over the
place either in public or private.
NOW tag your friend ⬇️ who wants to visit Thailand 🐘

  • 🌙 For everything there is a season and a time for every purpose under heaven. - Ecclesiastes 3:1
⠀
Every life is filled with a diverse collection of events, emotions and experiences. These are the seasons that make up our lives.⠀
⠀
Some seasons feel wonderful. Like the warm sun on your face after a long winter. All around us things are bursting into life. We feel a sense of purpose, and joy abounds. Life is full.⠀
⠀
Other seasons are like the desert; we feel barren, aimless, and fruitless. Depression and discouragement can cloud our vision. The pressures of life assail us. We wrestle with discontentment and impatience. We yearn for a season of purpose and abundance.⠀
⠀
In many cultures, the passage of time is recorded through the phases of the moon. It’s a tangible reminder that time never stands still. The seasons are always changing.⠀
⠀
But here’s the thing—God never changes. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. He is always faithful. Always good. And His timing is perfect. He has a purpose for you in every season. Nothing is wasted. ⠀
⠀
So friends, no matter what season you’re going through, it’s not the end of the story. As we put our trust in God, may we press into the season we are in and embrace both the challenges and joy that come with it (Philippians 4:11-13) 😌🙏🏻
