Resepi Kek Brownies Oreo @travel_physio 
Bahan-Bahan:

90g butter/marjerin
250g milk chocolate
85g gula kastor
2 biji telur
Sedikit esen vanilla
50g tepung gandum
Sedikit baking powder
10-12 keping biskut Oreo

Cara Membuat: 鈥 Panaskan oven, suhu 170c.

1. Hancurkan biskut oreo, bahagikan kepada 2 bahagian, separuh untuk diletakkan dalam adunan brownies dan separuh lagi untuk hiasan brownies.

2. Cairkan coklat dan marjerin dengan menggunakan kaedah double-boiler. Tutup api bila sudah cair. 
3. Kemudian, masukkan gula dan kacau hingga sebati. Seterusnya, masukkan telur satu persatu dan esen vanilla. Kacau dengan menggunakan whisk.

4. Masukkan tepung, baking powder dan biskut oreo yang dihancurkan, kacau sehingga sebati.

5. Masukkan adunan ke dalam loyang yang telah digriskan dengan mentega atau baking paper. Hiaskan dengan biskut Oreo.

6. Bakar di dalam oven selama 25-30 minit atau sehingga masak. Sedia untuk dihidangkan.

E鈥 qui che Justin Yip, malese di nascita, torinese d鈥檃dozione, sforna i suoi spiedini di pollo marinato, arrostiti su carbonella e nappati in salsa satay di arachidi, latte di cocco, peperoncino e zucchero di palma. Ogni settimana ne marina 25 kg, che impila in 1.000 stecchini di bamb霉. Lo riconoscete all鈥檕ra di pranzo per la fila di studenti che lo assalgono e che spesso fanno sold out in un lampo. Justin ogni tanto si cimenta con qualche altra specialit脿, in questi giorni con il Daging Masak Mera, ovvero manzo in salsa di pomodoro e chili. In passato anche con i panini vietnamiti di Banh Mi. Se a Torino lo conoscono in pochi, la sua fama 猫 rimbalzata in questi giorni sulle pagine di Atlas Oscura.

  • Made this tonight. It鈥檚 a #Tofu #PakChoi #Satay with coconut jasmine rice. This was SO nice. Sesame oil, Soya sauce, peanut butter, lime juice, agave. So much goodness in one bowl. Don鈥檛 have Pak Choi very often but I really like the crunch. Grown in Britain too. #vegan #vegansofig #vegansatay #tofurecipes

stir fry馃嵅: 1/2 onion, 1/2 red pepper, 1 carrot, all thinly sliced. Equal parts garlic, ginger and chilli, minced.
satay sauce馃: Mix equal parts peanut butter and soy sauce until a thick paste forms. Season with ground coriander, cumin and chinese 5 spice, and a little drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Add paste to stir fried veg and chickpeas and form into a sauce with a 1/2 can of coconut milk. Add a sprinkle of dried coriander leaves and simmer until the chickpeas soften up.
(serves 2)

Thai Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce
.
400 g/14oz coconut milk (1 can), full fat
13-16 bamboo skewers , 16cm / 6.5" long (soak if BBQ鈥檌ng)
MARINADE:
600 g / 1.2lb chicken thighs , boneless skinless, cut into 2cm/4/5" pieces (sub breast or tenderloin)
1 tbsp curry powder, 1 tsp white sugar, 2 tsp red curry paste^, 1 tsp salt
THAI PEANUT SAUCE:
2 tbsp red curry paste^, 3/4 cup natural peanut butter smooth* (sub normal), 1/4 cup white sugar, 2 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp cider or white vinegar, 3/4 cup (185ml) water
EXTRAS: 2 tbsp finely chopped peanuts (recommended), lime wedges, coriander/cilantro leaves, chilli slices

^ Best brand is Maesri (small cans, @woolworths_au , @colessupermarkets @harrisfarmmarkets ) but other brands fine too.
* Natural peanut butter spread with no sugar = stronger peanut flavour and thinner consistency= authentic Thai Peanut Sauce. Sub normal peanut butter spread but peanut flavour is not quite as good. Make your sauce thicker than video 鈥 don鈥檛 dilute too much with water, will lose flavour.

1. Mix Chicken and Marinade with 录 cup coconut milk. Marinate 20 min+ (overnight ok, not much diff).
2. Place Peanut Sauce ingredients in saucepan over medium low heat with remaining coconut milk. Simmer, stirring, for 5 minutes. Use water to adjust consistency (see * about normal peanut butter and thinning with water).
3. Thread chicken on skewers, sear over medium high heat with 1.5 tbsp oil per batch. Serve with peanut sauce, sprinkled with peanuts!
