You receive bad sales content every day; emails from people who don’t know what you do - to the hard sell as soon as you connect on social media.

So how do you write better content to generate more enquiries and sales? 
Dear Homeowner
According to How To Win Friends and Influence People, the classic book by Dale Carnegie, the sweetest sound is a person’s name. This company had my name in their database when I looked at properties with them, yet referred to me as “homeowner.” Have an Exciting Opening
Don’t start your content apologising unless you’ve made a mistake. Make a dramatic statement. Ask an important question. Talk about the value you give. 
Delete Dead Words
”Keen” is used twice. This is a “genuine request,” sounds disingenuous. 
Please Feel Free To Contact me.
Why would the client contact you? Have a Call To Action. 
Do Your Research
If you sell something of massive value, don’t send generic content. The last estate agent that sold me a house was in her late 20s and outperformed the experienced estate agents because she knew what I did for a living, used my name, always had a call to action and kept her word.

  • Growth is uncomfortable, and honeslty babe the pathway to success isn't difficult, but it's a lot of hard work.

It takes time, consistency and commitment (oh an a whole lot of patience and growth pains😅) to get to where you want to be, but it isn't impossible.

So incase you needed this the most, I'm being real with you on what it takes to just get through the first sales call, the first IG story where you pitch your offer, your first live training - whatever it is babe, embrace your Day 1 ❤️

  • Here’s to new chapters of your life, no matter how scary they may seem at first. 🥂 .

Moving back down to Texas this week and driving two days while bumping into a tornado was no fun... and it was one of the hardest decisions I had to make in a long time... leaving my comfort zone in New Jersey and having to go back to long distance relationship with my amazing other half for a short time until we figure this move out was also extremely difficult. The tears are still flowing...
But...

2020... let’s get this started. .

My key word for 2020 is: FOCUS
.
.
I am focusing on the goals I write down each day and seeing them through to the end. 2020 is going to be a productive year, and it will be the beginning of an absolutely amazing decade and finally closure from the hardships of the past and learning mistakes that I grew from. With that said, bring it on. I’m ready to make this the best year yet!

→ your revenue has more to do with your MINDSET around sales than it has to do with any strategies or techniques you can possibly implement

an impoverished mindset keeps you in a permanent state of fear, lack, & limitation. It holds you hostage. Keeps you scared and small. And worse, it robs the marketplace of your value + expertise.

It is impossible to have a consistent and abundant flow of $$$ in your business with this mindset

If you want to hope and pray for customers to find you AND THEN hope and pray that upon seeing your product or service they will immediately buy, you will be hoping and praying for a long time.⁣⁣⁣

  • You want to heal your money blocks? And "launch" all the things? That is the very thing that is stopping you from selling now. 
My client has spent at least 20k on mentorship that told her she needed to heal her wounds and she was still not moving. 😟
Mind you she had people reaching out to her for her for private coaching!!!! People in her inbox telling her, how awesome her content is. How amazing her story is, and how empowered they feel about everything she is writing etc. Sound familiar?
How can you turn YOUR super fans into your clients? 🥳🥳🥳
Your energy is already on point, so is your presence. But this self inflicted wound of needing to "heal" or needing to "launch" both come from one belief:
That somehow you are not enough. Right now, to sell your amazing beautiful service. Seriously now.
Without a website, without a lead page, without anything.
Simply by having 1 conversation.
And this self inflicted, mentor inflicted, telling her she's not enough, stopped her dead in her tracks, throwing money at her situation.
She was about to spend 15k on a program that literally was going to be another "healing trap" instead of showing her how to serve her clients NOW! 😟 (Isnt it amazing how much were willing to throw money at the situation instead of simply deciding otherwise?)
Just like yours, who are calling for you <3
So how do we fix this issue? 🧐
😎First, let's get rid of the notion that you need to "launch" something to sell something.
Launching is not selling, and selling can be done today, right now, in one conversation.
😎Secondly, what we did, was to show her HOW she is going to guide her prospects that are wanting her coaching, through a unique process, step by step.
By the time we were done, it was worth 10k.
And her words not mine
"Wow, they will not be able to get this anywhere but me, and would be crazy to walk away from it."
🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
And that is the kind of confidence that sells high end, within 3 sessions.

  • We live in a day and age now where people have unaligned expectations with what’s required to get from where they are to the promise land of their desires.

When God gave you a vision, He also promised to provide you provision. However, you must remember the basic law of the kingdom: seedtime and harvest.

You must sew a seed in order for there to be harvest. If you are not willing to plant the seed, tend the soil and nurture the growth [i.e DO THE WORK], the provision that comes with the harvest will not be made clear to you.
