  • A family with 4 young kids, our first dose of tonsilitis ever this week, our first LEGIT Doctors visit in 10 months! First script for antibiotics in 10 months! A few years ago our girls started getting skin infections ( boil like staph infections), all but 1 suffered these hideous, painful, contagious things. It was a constant normality for us....visiting the doctor then the chemist for x 3 kids. It was draining, stressful and expensive. The antibiotics were constant but i couldn't  let them suffer ๐Ÿ˜ญ They were catching ALL the snotty  colds and coughs and with 4 kids....that gets a bit insane and depressing.  10 months on these gummies, merely because they came free with the capsule form I had got for myself. No skin infections at all ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ and this tonsilitis is the first serious illness in this time! I think our Doctor had actually missed us because she hadn't  seen us in so long ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ There have been 1 or 2 mild coughs/ snots but the symptoms and duration I strongly believe to have been reduced! We have dodged a lot of the germs! Without a doubt in my mind our kids aged 8, 7, 4 and 2 have had a massive immunity boost via these wholefood goodies which contain FRUIT AND VEG!   • Day 2 of my 21 day challenge. Thought I'd share a bit of food with you. This is my evening meal, following the portioned guidance. Look at all that veg ๐Ÿฅฌ๐Ÿฅฆ Chicken breast with just a tsp of pesto. Potatoes boiled, then roasted in garlic with a tsp of olive oil. Then a veggie medley of leeks, onions and mushrooms ๐Ÿ‘  Plenty!!! Tasty and clean ๐Ÿ˜ And nothing required any culinary skills ๐Ÿด  #roadtohealthy #betterme #getinshape #staymotivated

  • Fruit - Fruit - Fruit - oh wait what about the fructose (fruit sugar)?? ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿฅญ๐Ÿˆ —- Die Information ist ja in aller Munde. Die Fruktose ist böse. Jain. Jain ist immer blöd. Aber eigentlich ganz einfach. Es sollen Dinge in ihrer ursprünglichen Form gegessen werden und nicht isoliert/modifiziert aka verändert werden für den Verzehr. Ein Stück Obst versorgt dich mit Vitaminen und liefert diese unter anderem auch für den Prozess der Verdauung. Auf der anderen Seite steht isolierter Zucker/Fruktose, der/die nichts liefert und dem Körper nur Vitalstoffe entzieht beim Verdauungsprozess. Des Weiteren ist der Zucker in der Frucht gebunden an z.B. Ballaststoffe, was zur Folge hat, dass nicht alles auf ein Mal die Leber überflutet und schnell in Fett konvertiert werden muss, sonder der Körper sich Stück für Stück damit auseinander setzen kann. Also Freunde .. keine Angst vor dem Obst.. eher vor der Cola und auch dem Saft ..puhhh hab ich euch wieder verwirrt? —-
