  • People look for instant gratification nowadays just look at the supplement industry for example.. let's be realistic, it would absolutely suck walking into a gym after letting yourself go for months or even years and seeing someone like me flexing on you, but all jokes aside you have to get out of your head cause you're only going to hold yourself back !! Don't worry about what people think.. Focus on you and if you're not sure how to train watch someone who looks like you would like to look in a non creepy manner and see what workouts they're doing and experiment on yourself. Started off on incline dumbbell press 4x12 . 🔑 with these I was focusing on pushing all the way through the movement and contracting my chest as hard as possible.

Seated dumbbell press 4x15 superset with rear delt rope pulls 4x20

Pec dec machine flys 4x15 was focusing on the lower pec and keeping tension on my chest through the whole movement.

Tricep push downs 4x15 superset with front lateral cable raises 4x15

Over head tricep dumbbell extensions 4x10 heavy weight burn out.

  • Can’t even tell you how much I love leg day! I have worked really hard to get them up to my upper body, because I used to be one of those guys who skipped leg day all the time!! Lol! I had people say, “ you look great but what about your legs?” Or “ your arms are bigger than your legs?” Or “too bad your legs look like chicken legs!” I used all of those comments to drive me every leg day! Now, they are one of my proudest parts!   • A late appreciation post, but we would like to congratulate @kassgfit on receiving her IFBB pro card this past weekend! The gym has been buzzing about it! She has become quite popular and a face of the gym in the short time she's been here. Coming up to her 1 year anniversary since joining this gym, she's finally manifested the goal she's been working towards everyday for the past 2 years! Her devotion to her craft is inspiring to witness in person, and we all feed off her energy and motivation to push harder in the gym! So yeah should got one more exercise each hammers and cables then abs calves or traps but not disappointed as I NEVER do deadlifts because I don’t wanna risk my back! But without training I’m still getting 405 clean so why would I chance it.
