  • The rice is so moorish - the flavours seems easy yet yield amazing flavours. You don't need sauce or additional flavouring. Plus, I dont feel guilty or fatigued after eating this.⁠

As a meal prep dish, it still reheats well after a few days - which is a major plus. ⁠

I added simple marinade on the chicken as I did not want to take the attention away from the star of this dish - the rice.⁠

Paling best, lepas makan tak rasa mengantuk atau bersalah⁠ , tak rasa diet musnah. Yang baiknya, dah simpan dalam freezer beberapa hari pon bila dipanaskan balik masih elok. ⁠
