Os traigo una receta riquisima, barrita de cacahuete y chocolate. 😋😋 Ingredientes:
Dátiles sin hueso 20 mas o menos
Harina de avena
Cacahuetes
Crema de cacahuete 30g
Chocolate 85% o más
Pasta de dátil ( es muy sencilla hacerla, trituramos los dátiles con agua hasta que quede una especie de pasta). Pasos:

Ponemos en un bol con agua caliente los dátiles, deben estas unos 20 minutos aproximadamente.

Mientras, batimos la pasta de dátiles y lo agregamos a la harina de avena. Una vez formada una especie de masa la colocamos en un molde y aplastamos para así formar la base. Y lo llevamos al frigorífico.

Ahora sacamos los dátiles y los trituramos junto con la crema de cacahuete, después la agregamos encima de la masa de avena. Picamos los cacahuetes y los espolvoreamos encima de la crema y llevamos al frigorífico 1 hora.

Pasada la hora derretimos el chocolate al baño maria o en el microondas. La masa ya tiene que estar compacta, así que cortamos en la forma que mas os guste, yo lo corte a cuadritos y lo untamos en el chocolate, por último de vuelta a la nevera hasta que se enfríe el chocolate y ¡Listo!. Who loves a quesadilla? 😍@thevegansara made Buffalo Black Bean & Roasted Veggie Quesadillas, Filled with roasted corn and cauli rice. 🌱

What you need: The buffalo sauce: 1/2 cup hot sauce, 3 tbl refined coconut oil, 1 tbl sugar ( I used coconut), 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp oregano The filling: 1 cup frozen corn, 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice, 1 can black beans rinsed and drained, 2 green onions finely chopped, 1/4 cup vegan blue cheese, 2 cups shredded vegan cheese, 8 count (8 in)flour tortillas.What you do:
1️⃣ Spread corn & cauliflower rice on parchment lined baking sheet season with salt/ pepper as desired, bake at 400 F for 20 min shaking pan half way through
2️⃣While veggies are roasting, make buffalo sauce, whisk together all ingredients until oil has melted and well combined over low heat. Set aside
3️⃣In a large bowl combine green onions, black beans, roasted veggies, and 1/4 cup buffalo sauce ( the left over sauce will be for dipping)
4️⃣ Time to make the quesadillas: On 1/2 Of the tortilla, in layers add shredded cheese, 1/4 Cup filling, 1 tbl blue cheese dressing, and more cheese, fold over the empty side of the tortilla onto the layers & press down to seal
5️⃣ On a nonstick pan over medium heat, cook quesadilla until bottom is golden & crisp about 3 min, then flip to the other side, cook another 2-3 min . Repeat. You should have about 8 quesadillas.

heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the onions until they turn golden. Mix in the bulgur and stir for a few minutes then Add in the tomatoes, dissolved tomato paste, black pepper, white pepper, salt and 3 cups of water and Let it simmer for 20 min over low heat with the lid on until the bulgur is well cooked. Add more water if necessary.Remove from heat and allow it to rest for 10 min.

Prep time: 10 mins 
Cook time: 60 mins 
Number of servings: 5-6 persons 
Ingredients 
Sugar - 1/4 cup (For Caramel) Bread - 4 pieces 
Custard powder - 2 tbsp 
Vanilla essence - ½ tsp 
Water - 1/2 cup 
Milk - 1 1/2 cup 
Sugar - 1/2 cup 
Method 
1. Melt the sugar for caramel in a pan. 
2.Stir the sugar once it starts to change its color to a golden brown color. 
3.Turn off the stove immediately once it starts to turn into dark brown color 
4.Pour it immediately into a mould/cake tin 
5.Cut the edges of the bread slices and grind it to a fine powder 
6.Mix the custard powder with some water and keep it aside 
7.Boil the milk, once it comes to a boil, add the custard mix and whisk it 
8.The mixture will thicken in some time, add the bread crumbs and whisk well 
9.Mix it until it is well combined, and pour it into the cake tin 
10.Cover the cake tin with some foil paper 
11.Pour enough hot water into a deep pot and place a stand in it. Place the covered cake tin onto it . 
12.Steam it for 20-30 mins on medium flame 
13.Bring it to room temperature and refrigerate it for 2 hours 
14.Unmould it carefully on a plate and serve it chilled.

    Ingredients
    Sugar - 1/4 cup (For Caramel) Bread - 4 pieces
    Custard powder - 2 tbsp
    Vanilla essence - ½ tsp
    Water - 1/2 cup
    Milk - 1 1/2 cup
    Sugar - 1/2 cup
    Method
    1. Melt the sugar for caramel in a pan.
    2.Stir the sugar once it starts to change its color to a golden brown color.
    3.Turn off the stove immediately once it starts to turn into dark brown color
    4.Pour it immediately into a mould/cake tin
    5.Cut the edges of the bread slices and grind it to a fine powder
    6.Mix the custard powder with some water and keep it aside
    7.Boil the milk, once it comes to a boil, add the custard mix and whisk it
    8.The mixture will thicken in some time, add the bread crumbs and whisk well
    9.Mix it until it is well combined, and pour it into the cake tin
    10.Cover the cake tin with some foil paper
    11.Pour enough hot water into a deep pot and place a stand in it. Place the covered cake tin onto it .
    12.Steam it for 20-30 mins on medium flame
    13.Bring it to room temperature and refrigerate it for 2 hours
    14.Unmould it carefully on a plate and serve it chilled.
