  • This is not your average pizza night. We're mixing things up with @spoonfulflavor's Hot Pizza Dip, and the best part... our 4 Cheese Medley Pierogies as the Chips. We know, we know, GENIUS. Get the deets here ⬇️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ * 1 (12.84 ounce) box of Mrs. T’s Pierogies (4 Cheese Medley) or your favorite variety
* 1 (8-oz.) cream cheese, softened * 2 cup shredded mozzarella, divided * 1 cup ricotta cheese
* 1 teaspoon dried oregano
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder * 1 1/2 cup pizza sauce * ¼ cup grated Parmesan
* Pepperoni slices
* Green bell pepper, diced
* Red onion, sliced
* Black olives, sliced
* Crushed red pepper flakes 
1. Preheat oven to 375°. 2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, ricotta, oregano, and garlic powder.
3. Spread the mixture in an even layer in a large cast iron skillet. Spread pizza sauce on top and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozzarella. Top with pepperoni, bell pepper, onion, and olives.
4. Bake until bubbly and cheese is melty, 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan and red pepper flakes, and serve with baked pierogies (bake pierogies according to package instructions). Enjoy!

  • My favorite way to recharge (second to swimming in the ocean, obvs. 🌊) The ginger calms my stomach + the greens mineralize my system after a bout of travel, big swim/hike/ride.

In Baja, this ginger + greens concoction was made slightly sweet w/the occasional addition of tropical fruits. But at home I try to choose ingredients that come from closer to home - apples are a great substitute for pineapple! 💚 Here’s a favorite recipe:

✨🌱GINGER-GREENS JUICE🌱✨
• 1/2 cup chopped apple or pineapple
•1 cucumber, quartered
•1½ stalks celery, diced
•2 apples, seeded, cored, quartered
•2 cups (60 g) spinach, chopped
•2 cups (60 g) kale, chopped
•1 inch (3 cm) fresh ginger root

Run all the ingredients through your juicer, alternating ingredients. OR, blend for 35-40 seconds in a high-speed blender w/ 1/2 cup water. If using the high speed blender, be sure to strain the juice through a filtration bag. Store juice in an airtight container, enjoy w/in 2 days! 🙌🏼

🛒Qué lleva?

🔸️480 gr. de chocolate amargo para taza.
🔸️Moldes para realizar huevos de pascuas.
🔸️Para el relleno lo que más te guste!

👩‍🍳👨‍🍳Cómo se hace?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1)Lavar los moldes con agua tibia.Sécar bien.
2)Picar el chocolate para taza.
3)Poner en recipiente para baño maría.
4)Una vez que el agua rompa el hervor, colocar el chocolate.
5)Revolver constantemente durante 5 minutos.
6)El chocolate debe estar tibio y no estar muy caliente si no se puede quemar.Seguir  revolviendo hasta que quede como una crema.
7)Sacar el chocolate y verter en los moldes, primero sobre los bordes y luego hacia el centro.Si necesitas ayuda, para que te quede más prolijo podes ayudarte con un pincel.
8)Lleva el molde a la heladera durante 10 minutos.
9)Retírar y volver a colocar un poco de chocolate en los bordes. Ayúdate con el pincel. Volver a llevar a la heladera.
10)Para desmoldar: Limpiar los bordes del molde con un cuchillo. Presionar con los dedos para que salga el huevo de chocolate.
Llévalo nuevamente a la heladera
11) podes rellenarlos con frutos secos o con lo que más te guste!Unir las dos mitades con un poco de chocolate para taza derretido a baño maría.

  • [AD] I’ve saved the best for last - here is our last recipe with @cadburyireland and we’ve made Mini Eggs Cookie Bars and these are INSANE. They are soft and gooey when they come out of the oven- they’re probably the best thing we’ve EVER baked. So easy and quick to make too! These will last for 5 days in an airtight container but I can assure you, they will not last that long! #CadburyMiniEggs
This deliciously moreish treat should be enjoyed little and not very often!
Cadbury Mini Eggs Cookie Bars
Ingredients
* 275 g Plain Flour
* 1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
* 1/2 tsp Salt
* 1 tbsp Cornflour
* 115 g Unsalted Butter
* 55 g Granulated Sugar
* 135 g Light Brown Sugar
* 1 Medium Egg
* 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
* 300 g Mini Eggs
* 100 g Milk Chocolate Chips

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 190C/170C Fan and line a 9x9inch Square Tin with parchment paper, and leave to the side for now.

2. Whisk/Mix the Plain Flour, Bicarbonate, Salt and Cornflour together so its evenly distributed – leave to the side.

3. In a larger bowl, melt the butter. Add in the two sugars, and whisk for about 2 minutes so the sugar starts to dissolve and the mixture is smooth. Add in the Egg and the Vanilla, and whisk again briefly till smooth. (I used an electric whisk)

4. Add in the Dry Ingredients, the Mini Eggs (apart from a handful), and the Chocolate Chips and mix with a spatula

5. Press the mixture into the bottom of the tin and press in the handful of Mini Eggs into the top for decoration. Bake the traybake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top of the cookie bake looks ‘dry’! 6. Leave the cookie bake to cool for about 10 minute

без кожи
🔘соль 1 - по вкусу
🔘черный перец - по вкусу
🔘сливочное масло - 2 ст. л.
🔘лук - 1 Штука
🔘чеснок - 4 Зубчика
🔘вино - 3/4 Стакана
белое или красное
🔘консервированные помидоры - 400 гр.
🔘сахар - 2 ст. л.
🔘петрушка - 1 Щепотка
🔘спагетти для гарнира

ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ:🍽️ ♥️1. Поместить куриное мясо в пакет и отбить молоточком.
♥️2. Высыпать муку в тарелку. Добавить немного соли. Поперчить. Обвалять куриное филе в мучной смеси.
♥️3. Поставить сковороду на средний огонь. Залить оливковое масло. Растопить небольшой кусочек сливочного масла.
♥️4. Обжарить куриное мясо до коричневой корочки с обеих сторон.
Переложить кусочки на тарелку.
♥️5. Покрошить лук. Мелко нарезать чеснок. Обжарить лук и чеснок.
♥️6.Через пару минут влить вино. Довести до кипения, затем выложить консервированные томаты.
Варить на среднем огне. Добавить сахар.
♥️7.Посолить и натереть сыр. По истечению некоторого времени добавить петрушку в соус.
♥️8. Добавить немного сыра пармезан. Перемешать и выложить куриное мясо поверх соуса
♥️9. Посыпать остатками тертого сыра. Накрыть крышкой и готовить в течении нескольких минут.
♥️10. Посыпать петрушкой и подавать со спагетти. Приятного аппетита!🍴

🐷 Esta es tú receta. Para los amantes de los palitos de ajo esponjosos.

Ingredientes:
2 tazas de harina con polvos hornear
1 cucharada de levadura seca

En un bol mezclamos los ingredientes secos (harina, levadura, ajo en polvo, sal), luego verteremos 2 cucharas de aceite de oliva, posteriormente la cerveza y el agua, mezclamos todo lo mejor posible para luego ponernos a amasar (si sientes que la masa esta muy seca o humeda lo regulas agregando mas agua o caso contrario mas harina) 
Una vez que la masa sea manejable, es decir que no se nos pegue en la manos, la dejaremos reposando en un bol durante minimo 1 hora, tapandolo con un paño dejando una pequeña abertura para que respire (para que la masa suba mejor recomiendo poner el bol a baño maria). Cuando vean que la masa subio al doble, la estiraremos y manejaremos delicadamente dando la forma que se desea. espolvoreamos con semola, oregano y pondremos trozos de margarina encima o aceite, y la ponemos en el horno(precaletado a 180°) durante 15-20 min a 150°, consideren que depende del horno que tengan.

PREPARE - you have so many choices to make because everything on the menu looks 🤤 and then you have the option of beef, chicken or mixed doner (or veggie 🌱) which took me about 5 minutes to decide - at the counter 🤦🏽‍♀️.

We ordered Mixed Doner Quesadillas, Chicken Doner Nachos aaand swipe on to see a VERY happy me with my FREE Chicken German Doner thanks to @laurenscravings link 😍😍 .

Everything tasted good and really has changed my idea of doner but I probably wouldn’t get the quesadilla again - quite spicy and also very liquidy but everything else 10/10 would again 🌚 I would say it’s quite pricey for what it is though it’s nearly £20 for 2 people and it is fast food so 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’d probably rather go to a restaurant instead.

Inauguramos el finde XXL 💕con esta deliciosa receta integral para compartir en familia.

👩‍🍳 Ingredientes:
🥣 250gr de harina integral orgánica.
🥣 80gr de azúcar mascabo.
🥣 4 cucharadas de aceite de coco.
🥣 Extracto de vainilla.
🥣 1 cucharada de té de ralladura de limón.
🥣 1 cucharada de té de levadura en polvo.
🥣 1 taza de agua aproximadamente.
🥣 1 pizca de sal rosada.
🥣 Nueces y almendras trozadas para decorar.

👩‍🍳Preparación:
Colocar en media taza de agua la levadura con una cucharada de harina integral y otra de azúcar mascabo. Dejar fermentar.
En un bol colocar la harina, el azúcar, la sal y mezclar bien. Hacer un agujero en el centro y agregar la ralladura de limón, el extracto de vainilla y la levadura. Comenzar a mezclar incorporando el agua restante hasta formar una masa. Dejar fermentar por 2 horas. Luego desgasificar el bollo y estirar como si fuera un chorizo y colocar, uniendo sus puntas, en un molde de rosca previamente aceitado y enharinado. Dejar que duplique su tamaño y llevar al horno por 25 minutos entre 160° y 180°. Retirar y colocar por encima abundante crema pastelera. Espolvorear con nueces y almendras trozadas (si están activadas y deshidratadas mejor) y llevar al horno por 15 minutos más. Retirar y dejar enfriar.

🥣 1 taza de leche de coco.
🥣 1 huevo + 1 yema de huevo agroecológico.
🥣 50gr de azúcar orgánica.
🥣 4 cucharadas de harina integral orgánica.

👩‍🍳 Colocar en un bol el huevo y la yema junto con el azúcar y la harina. Batir bien. Calentar la leche de coco hasta que rompa el hervor. Batiendo con batidor de mano, incorporo la leche caliente a la preparación anterior en dos veces. Llevo la preparación al fuego (moderado), sin dejar de revolver, hasta que espese y cocino por 5 minutos más. Dejar enfriar y reservar para el momento de incorporar a la rosca.

  • Cream cheese filled Keto Chocolate Mugcake

Ingredients:
Coffee Mug
1 tbsp butter 
1 egg
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp almond flour
2-3 tbsp Splenda (to your taste)
1 tbsp heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp baking powder
a dollop of cream cheese
Pinch of salt
Optional: sugar free whipped cream and frozen berries

Put butter in mug and microwave for about 30 seconds
Add egg, heavy cream, vanilla extract and mix
Then add cocoa powder, almond flour, 2 tbsp Splenda, baking powder and salt. Mix
In a small saucer or cup mix together dollop of cream cheese and more Splenda. Then drop into the center of coffee mug. Make sure cream cheese is covered with chocolate mixture.
Microwave for 90 seconds
Let cool for a minute or so 
Eat straight from mug or if you're FANCY dump it on a plate or bowl and add some sugar free whipped cream

If using frozen berries, heat in a small saucepan on medium heat until soft then drizzle onto mugcake.

INGREDIENTS:
Pie Crust 
180 g (1 1/4 cups) all purpose flour
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. flaky salt
150 g (about 1 + 1/3 stick) very cold salted butter
3-5 tbsp. ice water
Filling & Topping 
500 g (about 7-8 depending on size) apricots
125 g (about 1 cup) fresh blueberries
zest and juice from 1/2 small lemon
50-75 g (4-6 tbsp.) turbinado or granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla bean powder
1/4 tsp cardamom
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 egg
pinch of salt
1 tbsp. turbinado sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Pie Crust 
Mix together flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add the sliced or diced butter to the dry ingredients, and cut in the butter until dough is crumbly but there are still some small visible pieces of butter.
Drizzle with ice water, 1 tbsp at a time, and mix gently with a fork until dough just comes together, do not knead the dough.
Form the dough into a ball and place it on a piece of plastic wrap. Flatten into a disc, wrap in the plastic wrap and place in fridge for at least one hour but preferably overnight.
ASSEMBLY & BAKING
Let the dough rest for a few minutes at room temperature. Roll out the dough into a large circle about 1/8 – 1/4 inch (3-5 mm) thick, on a lightly floured surface. Make sure to roll and turn the dough so it doesn’t stick to the surface.
Transfer the dough to a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Halve the apricots and remove the pits, then place the apricots in a bowl with the blueberries. Toss with lemon zest, juice, sugar, vanilla, cardamom and cornstarch. Arrange the fruit on top of the dough, leaving a border around the edges. Fold the dough over the fruit and press gently to seal. Transfer it to the freezer for 15 minutes, meanwhile preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
Whisk together the egg with a with a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Brush the edges with the egg wash, then sprinkle with turbinado sugar.
Bake until golden brown, about 35-40 minutes. Let cool, then serve with vanilla ice cream.

В историях у меня уже не раз появлялся этот блинчик, полюбился мне за быстроту, простоту и, конечно же, полезность. Что ж, рецепту быть.

✔ 50 г овсяных отрубей
✔ 2 ст.л. молока
✔ 1 яйцо

Взбить яйцо с молоком, всыпать отруби, можно немного посолить, все перемешать. Выложить смесь на антипригарную сковороду баз масла, разровнять тонким слоем, обжарить с двух сторон по паре минут под крышкой. Начинки могут быть всевозможные, я пока пробовала две:

✅ Слабосолёная форель, сыр рикотта, зелень (вариант на фото).
✅ Арахисовая паста, банан, кокосовая стружка (в сторис в подборке "ПП" в актуальном).

Вообще рецепты этого блинчика разные, я пробовала такой и он мне понравился. Пробовала из разных отрубей, овсяные понравились больше.

И ещё нюанс. ☝ По приготовлении овсяноблин довольно ломкий. Чтобы он стал мягче, выложить его на тарелку со сковороды, накрыть крышкой и дать немного постоять.

Yes, I know I made more of a chicken pot bowl but I had the idea of flipping over the casserole (almost like an upside down cake). I took the two pie crusts and rolled them together to make a thicker and larger circle, then lined the casserole. However, when it came out of the over I was STARVING and this baby came out hot hot hot!! 🔥 so my @pretty_t320 advised me to just carve into it. Trust me, it didn’t matter that I didn’t flip it. This ish was delishhhhhh!!! If you want to just line the bottom of a pie mold, fill it and top it with the pie crust... it will be just as good 😉

Don’t forget to always taste as you go along to make sure your seasoning (Aka SAZÓN BABY!) is just right. Oh and what I sprinkled on top was paprika 🤪 .

Start with 2oz of your favourite espresso (we used European Espresso from Beaver Rock). Add 1oz of DaVinci Toasted Marshmallow Syrup, and 1/2oz of White Chocolate Syrup. (Also available in sugar free). Enjoy with whip cream on top as an espresso shot or add your frothed milk for a decadent latte. Garnish with marshmallows for an extra treat!
