  • Here's an example of a balanced meal on my 30day program. Yes it's easy and yes it tastes amazing. One Pan Lasagna Skillet. Inspo from @unboundwellness .  Filled with whole foods, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, fiber, protein and more. Did I mentioned it tasted amazing?  Recipe below! And if you want to be have a plan that doesnt deprive, promotes health and provides results, hit your girl up!__
-2 large zucchinis
-1lb grass fed ground beef -1 tsp salt
-2 tbsp avocado oil -1 white onion, diced -3 cloves garlic, minced
-1 cup mushrooms, chopped -1/2 tsp black pepper
-1 tbsp basil , chopped -1 tbsp parsley, chopped -2 tsp dried oregano -1 cup marinara sauce -1 cup spinach -10-15 sliced grape tomatoes 
1. Chop ends off zucchinis and slice into long, thin strips. Use a mandolin slicer or peeler if you have them. Pat them down with paper towels to remove excess water and set aside 
2. Brown ground beef and add salt. Set aside wipe away excess fat on pan 
3. Add then oil to the pan and cook onion and garlic until onions are translucent. Add mushrooms and zucchini slices and saute 5 minutes or until soft 
4. Add back in ground beef and marinara, tomatoes and the remainder of the seasonings. Cook for a few minutes to combine flavors then add spinach at the very end. Stir until the spinach has wilted. 
5. Add extra seasoning to taste and serve immediately.

  • It's been 2 weeks, time flies by fast, sadly 😔 I'm trying to enjoy every moment of my stay in Amman and my beloved country #jordan , today me and my boys decided to walk to one of the coffee shops by my moms house at 10 PM, I decided to call Amman, Las Vegas middle east, 😂 it's amazing at night and there's a lot of things to do at night, so we decided to try @bunfellows, a coffeeshop with a taste of Africa, their coffee is sourced from #Ethiopia, I tried their americano coffee, and it was really good, finally got to drink a good cup of coffee, my son ordered cookie and cream milk shake, and it was really WOW, they made it with Häagen-Dazs icecream 🤤😍, I think I'm gonna start walking more, just for exercising, u know what i mean 😂

  • Health is wealt! Life is crazy and seems as if its moving past us so fast. I feel like this so often! But something I've learned is one thing to really promote is our health. Our mind health, physical health, spiritual health. This will allow us to enjoy our lives so much more, even if they're moving right before our eyes. What kind of food are you feeding yourself, your family? Are you choosing health with the foods you consume? No it doesn't have to be constantly but what does the majority look like for you? If the majority provides health, then you're well on your way to steps towards health and happiness!

Me quedó deliciosa, tanto que los mañosos que no comen legumbres, no dejaron rastros en el plato! 🤣

Lo mejor es que me demoré NADA en preparar este plato ☝🏽⏰

Ingredientes
✨1 taza de lentejas rojas de @suk_cl
✨1/2 pimentón rojo
✨1/2 cebolla
✨1zanahoria
✨1 diente de ajo
✨ 1/4 taza de vino blanco
✨1/2 mata de acelga
✨Aliños varios
✨Aceite de oliva y de sésamo
.
Preparación
🥄Hacer las lentejas como sale en el sobre/10 min de cocción una vez q hierve
🥄En una sartén "sofreir" o saltear la cebolla, pimentón y zanahoria con aceite /previamente picados finos
* yo deje remojando unos minutos la cebolla en agua caliente para q sea más suave
🥄Agregar los aliños q prefieras, yo usé: pimienta, eneldo, orégano, sal de mar, cúrcuma, y garan masala (aliño q compré en la Vega)
🥄 Agregar el vino blanco y dejar cocinar estas verduras, mientras se terminan de hacer las lentejas
🥄 Cortar las hojas de acelga
🥄 Una vez que tienes todo listo, llevas todo a una juguera con un poquito de agua para dar consistencia. Yo uso la #soupmaker .
Bonus: agregar crema de coco o de leche, sésamo y queso parmesano para servir 🍽️😋

Per avere un buon risultato dovete utilizzare un avocado maturo ma non sfatto, quello lo riserverete per il guacamole, altro mio must 🌱.⠀
