  • Быстрый торт из печенья с заварным кремом

Песочное печенье - 500 г
молоко - 700 мл;
сахар - 1 стакан;
яичные желтки - 4 штуки;
мука пшеничная - 2 ст.л. без верха;
ванильный сахар - 1 ч.л.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Приготовить вкусный торт можно и без выпечки. Для этого нам понадобятся печенье и заварной крем. Печенье подойдет любое песочное: к чаю, кофейное, топленое молоко.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Количество сахара в креме регулируйте на свой вкус.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Соедините в миске охлажденные желтки, сахар, ванильный сахар и муку. Тщательно разотрите в однородную массу.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Молоко подогреть, добавить яичную смесь.
Тщательно размешайте, чтобы не было комочков.
Непрерывно помешивая, доведите до кипения. Остудите.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Оставшиеся 100 мл молока слегка подогрейте. Полностью опустите каждое печенье в молоко на 3-4 секунды. За это время печенье пропитается молоком, но не успеет размокнуть. Несколько печень оставьте сухими для украшения торта.

Выкладывайте пропитанное молоком печенье на плоское блюдо или поднос.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Покройте печенье слоем остывшего крема.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Чередуйте слои печенья и крема. Можно добавить фрукты. Я добавила банан. По результату могу сказать, что мне не хватило кислинки. В следующий раз добавлю киви или вишню.

Пропитайте верхний слой и бока торта кремом.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Оставшиеся печенья измельчите в крошку и посыпьте торт. Отправьте готовый торт в холодильник на 2-3 часа.

  • I’m not a fan of store bought muesli/granola as it’s marketed as something healthy but can be as sugary as other cereals. 👎🏽

So I make it myself if I ever feel like it! That way you know exactly what’s in it 👌🏾

👩🏽‍🍳 RECIPE👩🏽‍🍳
(do kinda just wing it.)

1️⃣ Mix the dry ingredients
I used oats, pepitas, diced walnuts, diced almonds, chia seeds.

2️⃣ Mix 2 tsp of coconut oil, 2 tsp of honey and a dash of vanilla essence. I pop it in the microwave for 20sec to melt it down at little. Give it a good stir.

3️⃣ Mix wet and dry ingredients together.

4️⃣ Line a tray with baking paper and lay the mix out, sprinkle a little cinnamon.

5️⃣ Pop in the oven 180, keep and eye on it, mix regularly. It’s finished when the mixture gets crisp. 
6️⃣ Serve. I have it with plain Greek yoghurt, blueberries, raspberries and a sprinkle of psyllium husk. .

The smell while it bakes it is AMAZINGGGGG!

  • Chili!!! Recipe from @cookieandkate , except I let it simmer for probably over 2 hrs all said and done cause I was working with sprouted beans as oppose to canned.  I also blended a few cups as per the recipe’s suggestion after filming this to give it a more “chili” texture.  Made enough for 15 people for a bday trip this weekend!

  • Vegan Lentil Vegetable Soup 
2 c lentils
6 c water
1 T olive oil
2 T vegetable broth 
1/2 onion diced small
4 cloves of garlic minced
1 celery chopped 
1 large chopped
1 leak sliced thin 
1 can black beans drained and rinsed.
2 large handfuls of spinach 
2 handfuls of little golden potatoes 
1) In a large pot add 1 T olive oil. 
2) Sauté onion and garlic until the onion is translucent. 
3) Add carrot and celery and continue to sauté for two more minutes. 
4) Add water, broth, lentils, and all vegetables except for the spinach.
5) Simmer for 30 minutes then add spinach. 
6) Cook until lentils are tender and enjoy!

  • Salmão ao molho de laranja e arroz jasmim sem glúten!!! .
⭐️ Receitinha!!

Ingredientes para o Salmão:
• 800g de filé de Salmão • suco de um limão • cardamomo em pó a gosto
• sal rosa fino a gosto • pimenta branca moída na hora a gosto • uma taça de vinho branco
• uma colher de sopa de manteiga • meia colher de sopa de azeite de oliva

Ingredientes do molho de laranja • 300ml de suco de laranjas (+- 4 laranjas espremidas)
• um potinho de iogurte (170g)
• 80g de açúcar demerara ou orgânico • uma colher de chá de cardamomo em pó

Ingredientes do arroz jasmim:
• meia cebola picada • uma colher de chá de alho picado
• uma colher de chá de sal
• uma colher de sobremesa de azeite de oliva
• uma xícara de arroz basmati
• uma canela em pau
• 2 xícaras de água fervente
.
▶️ Preparo do Salmão:
• limpe o salmão retirando a pele e espinhas e lave em água corrente
• corte em postas e coloque de molho no limão por 15 min
• lave as postas em água corrente e tempere com sal rosa, cardamomo e pimenta • em uma panela antiaderente, derreta a manteiga com azeite e frite as postas em fogo médio dos dois lados
• retire do fogo e reserve dentro da panela a gordura que ficou do salmão para usar no molho de laranja .
▶️ Preparo do molho de laranja:
• em uma tijela misture o suco de laranja, o açúcar e o iogurte natural
• na panela da gordura do salmão adicionar o vinho branco e espere esfumar, deglaçeando a gordura de modo que o álcool evapore
• acrescente a esta a mistura do suco de laranja
• cozinhe em fogo médio até caramelizar e ficar espesso .
▶️ Preparo do arroz jasmim:
• em uma panela, fritar a cebola e o alho no azeite
• adicione o sal, o arroz e a canela em pau e fritar por 2 min
• acrescente a água fervente e cozinhe em fogo médio até secar a água. .

Ingredients:
* 10 oz herring fillet, lightly salted
* 1 small white onion, finely chopped
* 2 large potatoes, skin on and boiled
* 2 small beetroot, skin on, boiled
* 1 medium carrot, skin on and boiled
* 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped or grated
* mayonnaise to taste to coat the layers
* dill, parsley or chives, optional
Preparation:
1. Cover chopped onion with hot water and soak for 5-10 minutes, it helps to remove the bitterness. Then drain water.
2. Peel vegetables and coarsely grate or finely chop.
3. Drain any liquid from herring. Cut herring fillet into small cubes.
4. Make the first layer – arrange potatoes on a serving plate. Cover with mayonnaise.
5. Arrange a layer of herring. Spread onion on herring. Cover with mayonnaise.
6. Arrange a layer of carrot. Cover with mayonnaise.
7. Spread eggs and lightly cover with mayonnaise. Also you can top finished salad with eggs.
8. Finish with a layer of beet. Completely cover the salad. Spread evenly some mayonnaise.
9. Garnish with chopped dill or chives, if desired.
The salad becomes much better if you refrigerate it overnight or for a few hours.
