Bahan:
400 g tahu putih, potong dadu 1x1 cm
2 sdm kecap asin
Air es secukupnya
100 g tepung ayam goreng siap pakai 
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Bahan tepung pelapis:
200 g tepung terigu
75 g tepung maizena
100 g corn flakes, tumbuk kasar
1 sdt lada bubuk
Garam

Cara Membuat:
1. Lumuri tahu dengan kecap asin hingga rata, diamkan sejenak hingga agak meresap.
2. Siapkan mangkuk. Campurkan tepung terigu dan tepung maizena. Beri lada hitam dan garam. Aduk rata. Sisihkan.
3. Hancurkan conflakes di dalam ziplock bag dengan dipukul-pukul menggunakan rolling pin. Sisihkan.
4. Campurkan tepung ayam goreng siap pakai dengan air es. Sisihkan.
5. Gulingkan tahu ke dalam campuran tepung trigu dan maizena.
6. Gulingkan tahu ke dalam tepung ayam goreng siap pakai yang sudah diberi air es/ tepung basah.
7. Gulingkan tahu yang sudah tertutup adonan basah ke cornflakes yang sudah dihancurkan hingga tertutup. Goreng hingga berwarna cokelat keemasan. Angkat dan sajikan.

  • Butternut farcie quinoa chèvre 🥔🐐.
➡️
La recette :
- Couper le butternut en deux, vider les des graines et filaments, strier la courge, un filet d'huile d'olive et au four 45 minutes à 180°C.
- Une fois la chair tendre, sortir du four et creuser une partie de la chair avec une cuillère et réserver.
- Préparer le quinoa d'un côté et poêler un oignon en petits morceaux. Ajouter quinoa, curcuma, sel et poivre puis la chair de butternut en petits morceaux.
- Faire revenir doucement en mélangeant 5 minutes.
- Garnir les deux moitiés de courge et positionner les rondelles de chèvre dessus.
- Mettre au four à 180°C, le temps que le chèvre soit fondant.
- Bon appétit !

  • Pumpkin Paleo Pancakes with Honeycrisp Maple Topping

For the pumpkin pancakes:
1 1/2 cup homemade hemp mylk
2 Tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar
2/3 cup packed pumpkin puree
2 Tbsp grass fed butter, melted 
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
6 Tbsp brown coconut sugar
2 Tbsp maple syrup 
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 pinch salt
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cup @bobsredmill paleo baking flour .
For the apple topping:
2 honeycrisp apples
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie seasoning 
1 Tablespoon maple syrup .

Combine hemp mylk & lemon juice in a mixing bowl and let rest for 5 minutes to curdle. 
Add melted butter, maple syrup, pumpkin, maple syrup, brown coconut sugar, vanilla extract and turn on mixer to combine.

In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spices, then add to wet mixture. Let batter rest for 5 minutes.

Butter your griddle and pour 1/4 cup measurements of the batter onto the griddle. There should be 12-14 pancakes. Cook for 1-3 minutes each side. .

For the topping, add the apples to a cast iron pan on Medium heat and sprinkle with the pumpkin spice and maple syrup and cook until apples are tender. Add on top of the pancakes. Optional: sprinkle with ground flax seed. 🍎 .

Czas na przepis, który z powodu zbyt szybkiego zniknięcia wcześniejszej blachy ciasta nie mógł ukazać się tak, jak miałam to zaplanowane 🙈
🍃 Składniki na ciasto:
— 50g drożdży — 4/5 szkl cukru
— 1 opak cukru waniliowego
— 125 ml oleju
— 125 ml mleka
— 3 jajka
— 2,5 szkl mąki
— około 8 śliwek węgierek lub 2-3 innego rodzaju, jeśli są to duże śliwki 🍃 Składniki na kruszonkę:
— 6 łyżek mąki — 6 łyżek cukru
— 2 łyżki masła
🍃 Przygotowanie:
— Roztrzepać jajka w dużej misce. Dodać mleko, olej, cukier, mąkę i jak najbardziej rozdrobnione drożdże. Wymieszać. Przykryć i zostawić do wyrośnięcia. Po 3,5h wymieszać i wylać na blachę. W drugiej misce zagnieść składniki na kruszonkę i pokroić śliwki w drobną kostkę. Na wierzchu ciasta ułożyć owoce, a następnie posypać je kruszonką. Piec przez 40 minut w temperaturze 180°C bez termoobiegu.

  • Cześć! Dieta ketogeniczna to nie tylko mięso, boczek czy jajka 😅 Wystarczy trochę pokombinować i może powstać pyszne ciasto! Przepis jest oczywiście bardzo prosty, a przygotowanie całego ciasta zajęło mi mniej niż pół godziny (łącznie z wystygnięciem spodu) 😉

PRZEPIS
🥞spód orzechowy: 3 białka, 200 g dowolnych orzechów (drobno zmielonych), 50 g wiórków kokosowych, 100 g erytrolu/ksylitolu, pół opakowania budyniu śmietankowego bez cukru. Białka ubijamy na sztywną pianę, dodajemy cukier i nadal ubijamy, następnie dodajemy budyń. Na sam koniec wszystko mieszamy z kokosem i orzechami. Masę rozkładamy na papierze do pieczenia, pieczemy w temp 190-200°C z termoobiegiem przez ok. 10 min. Spód stanie się kruchy kiedy wystygnie.
🥞Krem: opakowanie mascarpone, ok. 100 ml espresso, 3 łyżki erytrolu/ksylitolu, opcjonalnie 1 łyżka pasty kokosowej. Erytrol dodajemy do kawy, aby się rozpuścił, następnie wszystko dokładnie mieszamy za pomocą łyżki. 
Krem nakładamy na ostygnięty spód. 
Górę można dowolnie udekorować, ja użyłam czekolady 90% :) Smacznego!

2. mix the soy milk with the vinegar and let them coagulate 
3. crush the pumpkin 
4. mix all ingedients together 
5. put the dough in a muffin tin - fill it 3/4 
6. bake the muffins for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees .

•1TL Leinsamen •3TL Wasser •60ml Soyamilch •1/2TL Apfelessig •140g Mehl •1TL Backpulver •1/2 TL Natron •60g Zucker •1 Prise Salz •90g Kürbis •30ml Öl •Vanilleextrakt .
🥄Zubereitung:
1. Die Leinsamen mit dem Wasser mischen und etwas quellen lassen 
2. Die Milch mit dem Essig mischen und gerinnen lassen 
3. Kürbis zerkleinern
4. alle Zutaten zusammen zu einem Teig verarbeiten 
5. den Teig in eine Muffinform füllen - 3/4 voll machen 
6. die Muffins bei 180 grad für 15-20 Minuten backen

But then you were like, “what now?” Beep beep, coming through with dinner plans! This Yellow Curry with Chicken and Potatoes is a darn dream and it is practically 5-ingredient easy (cuz we KNOW you already have that jar of paste made).⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Heat some oil in a pan and add half a yellow onion (sliced). Once softened, add a pound of chicken breast (cut into pieces) and 1/3 cup of yellow curry paste. Sauté for a few minutes and then add 10 baby gold yukon potatoes (cut into pieces).⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
After a few mins, add a can of coconut cream or coconut milk and 1/2 cup water to the pot – simmer for 20-30 minutes or until the chicken and potatoes are fully cooked. To finish it off, add 2 teaspoons fish sauce and 1–2 tablespoons brown sugar. Serve with rice. SO GOOD.⠀

    A couple days ago you couldn’t be stopped and you whipped up a batch of our scratch yellow curry paste because the heart wants what it wants. But then you were like, “what now?” Beep beep, coming through with dinner plans! This Yellow Curry with Chicken and Potatoes is a darn dream and it is practically 5-ingredient easy (cuz we KNOW you already have that jar of paste made).⠀
    ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • Курица по-кабардински

Предлагаю блюдо кавказской кухни под названием «Курица по-кабардински». Рецепт приготовления очень простой, но какой же вкусной получается курочка!

Время:  30 мин.

Ингредиенты

Курица(бедра)- 1 кг.
Сметана- 200 г
Лук- 300 г
Вода- 300 мл.
Соль- по вкусу
Перец- по вкусу
Специи- по вкусу

С куриных бедер снять кожицу и сделать надрезы. Посолить, поперчить, смазать специями и растительным маслом. Оставить на 15 минут при комнатной температуре.
 Обжарить с двух сторон на раскаленном растительном масле. Снять со сковороды и обжарить лук. Добавить сметану, воду, соль. Дать закипеть. Вернуть кусочки курицы на сковородку и тушить под крышкой 20 минут.

Ingredients
Vegan Macaron Shells
1/3  cup  reduced aquafaba  from 3/4 cup of chickpea brine*
110  grams  almond flour
110  grams  powdered sugar
1/4  teaspoon  cream of tartar
66  grams  granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon espresso powder**
Coffee Ganache
1/3 cup coconut cream 78 ml
1/3 cup chocolate chips 56.6 grams
1 tablespoon espresso powder
1 tablespoon Kahlua optional*** Instructions
Vegan Macaron Shells
Start by placing 3/4 cup of chickpea brine (water drained from a chickpea can) in a small saucepan. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes to reduce to about 1/3 cup.
Place it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to let it get thick. It will have egg white consistency.
Gather all of your ingredients before starting to make macarons. Measure out all ingredients. Line two baking sheets with silicon mats. And fit a large piping bag with a round tip. You want everything ready to go when you need it.
Sift almond flour and powdered sugar together. Set aside.
Place 1/3 cup of the reduced and cooled aquafaba in the bowl of a mixer with the cream of tartar.
Whip for about 1 minute on low, or medium low if the low on your mixer is way too slow. (On my hand mixer I whip on low, but on my KitchenAid I whip on medium low)
At this point, raise speed to medium, and whip for another 2 minutes.
Raise speed to high and start to add granulated sugar, slowly, a bit at a time.
Continue to whip until the aquafaba achieves stiff peaks.
The whole whipping, from beginning to end, should last about 10 minutes, but sometimes it may last longer. Make sure you have obtained stiff peaks, shooting straight up.
Add sifted dry ingredients to whipped aquafaba. Start folding with a spatula slowly.
Add food coloring at this point, if using any. You can add the espresso powder at this point also, I sprinkled mine over the shells because I wanted my shells to remain white, and adding the espresso powder to the batter will make the shells brown.
Fold forming a letter J with the spatula.

  • Caramel Bread Pudding

Number of servings: 5-6 persons 
Ingredients 
Sugar - 1/4 cup (For Caramel) Bread - 4 pieces 
Custard powder - 2 tbsp 
Vanilla essence - ½ tsp 
Water - 1/2 cup 
Milk - 1 1/2 cup 
Sugar - 1/2 cup 
Method 
1. Melt the sugar for caramel in a pan. 
2.Stir the sugar once it starts to change its color to a golden brown color. 
3.Turn off the stove immediately once it starts to turn into dark brown color 
4.Pour it immediately into a mould/cake tin 
5.Cut the edges of the bread slices and grind it to a fine powder 
6.Mix the custard powder with some water and keep it aside 
7.Boil the milk, once it comes to a boil, add the custard mix and whisk it 
8.The mixture will thicken in some time, add the bread crumbs and whisk well 
9.Mix it until it is well combined, and pour it into the cake tin 
10.Cover the cake tin with some foil paper 
11.Pour enough hot water into a deep pot and place a stand in it. Place the covered cake tin onto it . 
12.Steam it for 20-30 mins on medium flame 
13.Bring it to room temperature and refrigerate it for 2 hours 
14.Unmould it carefully on a plate and serve it chilled.
