Lisa Byrne - Pole and Aerial Hoop Class Instructor 
Lisa is the founder of Lioness Aerial Fitness -The only Aerial studio in the South East!  She began her Pole journey 12 years ago and has worked hard in the industry to make sure pole and aerial are properly recognised as forms of fitness. 
She was one of the first qualified pole and hoop instructors in Ireland and has travelled all over the world to train and take workshops with some of the worlds top pole dancing champions, to be the best she can be. She also believes strongly that everyone should be qualified and invest in updating qualifications to keep students safe. "Pole dancing has changed my life so much! As a young mother of 3 children, I felt like I had no pastime for me, after starting pole it became so much more then a pastime, it became a passion.
 Ireland had no regulations or qualifications to teach pole but I felt this was wrong, so I travelled over to the UK to become qualified. (Thankfully this is no longer the case.) I love the way I inspire ladies to feel good about themselves and to love their bodies for what they are capable to do. But more then anything I love being inspired by my students, as they push past barriers and become strong confident ladies.

  • 3/4 squat⬇️ - my fav and hardest variation of a squat constantly putting pressure on the Glutes and Quads🔥 - normal squat you are coming up full way extending at the knee where 3/4 squat your only coming up 3/4 of the way and right back down into a seated position 🏋🏽‍♂️ Give it a try and let me know your thoughts ⭐️
