Young people, don’t be scared of anything..fear doesn’t exist - it’s fake same as happiness doesn’t exist, but u can create it - that’s why only way to get as close as possible to happiness u have to live with present and positives first, appreciate small things, work hard with discipline, think on yr own, do things for yrself first, respect yrself first, trust only yrself, be honest to yrself, be focused, make decisions and mistakes - admit and learn from them, take critic as positivity, make plans, set priorities, goals and right habbits as solutions and actions, forgive to people u love and care about the most to make the most progress in life!! More respect u gonna give, more u gonna get back - stand for yrselfs!! Most of older morrons are not comfortable with younger generation being better than them because of their princess acting caused by personality disorders...ingore it, karma will get them sooner or later - they are still shiting their pants on daily basis and their mom’s or wifes are changing their pampers, don’t take example from them and take it as a motivation and inspiration how u don’t wanna do it - if they wanna keep fucking themselfs up for life thaťs fine, everybody has a choice - but don’t let them take u with them! Those that can’t take critic and admit their mistakes, won’t be ever able to move on in direction of long term fun and happy life!   • I'm going to be vulnerable here but I'm super proud of myself. I have been fat I would say pretty much my whole life, I remember going into jr high wearing a size 12 and since then all I can remember wearing after that is 2XL in everything. As a child to fit into clothes I thought were cute I'd buy maternity clothes because cute plus size clothes weren't really an option. (So happy about the size inclusivity and variety we have now) I got out of doing physical activity in high school and most of jr high because my whole family has really bad knees and all our kneecaps tend to pop put of place without warning, got doctors notes for it and everything. I have used that as an excuse to not exercise for the longest time. I'm working on building strength in my knees now and dont get me wrong I have tons of love for myself and it took me a really long time to grow to love myself, I started to truely love who I was around 18. I'm confident and proud of who I am and the body I have but it's taken me 24 long years to realize, I need to get into shape to have the future I want. I want a family, one who goes on hikes together, rides bikes, goes out and plays sports, travel to exotic places.  My fitness level will not allow those things right now. So I'm working to achieve better health for the sake of my future and what I want out of it.  I havent timed all my runs but I'm trying to. On the start of this journey so far I remember my first cardio session to do a mile took me a little over 27 minutes and that was on the 6th of this month, and I have just done my first mile in 16 minutes and 44 seconds and I am proud of that progress and I'm going to keep fighting for what I want. 😊

  • If this is true then I'm either failing really hard right now or making a lot of progress! Depends on your point of view I guess, optermist or realist. When it comes to myself I tend to lean towards the realistic / pessimistic side of things but I think we are all guilty of that. Far quicker to see our own failings than our successes.

So sod it, head up, chest out and keep going! I have done awesome things and there is plenty more to come this year all for a very good cause with fantastic motivation.

Hoy me sentía cero motivada por que ayer comí mal, no me levante a hacer mi cardio mañanero, entre otras cosas, pero mi motivación es siempre ver el proceso de hoy a hace unos ayeres.
Y pues la primera fotito es de cuando empezamos el corte y esta es de hoy, cuatro semanas de diferencia🥰 no es un súper cambio pero realmente me motiva ver que si hay avances pequeños, que ya nos vemos más chiquitas, más formadas y que aún nos faltan ocho semanas para seguir apretándole🏆💪🏼

I know how hard it is to put yourself first from once, I have struggled with this for years. Never caring for myself and always making sure other people around me are happy and okay. But over that last few months I have tried to change this and make sure that I was doing the right thing for me. It’s a hard process but I’m getting there and I highly recommend you guys do the same! I can honestly say I have never been happier! HERE’S TO 2020!💪🏼

Teraz celem jest akceptacja niedoskonałości i odcięcie się od przeszłości. Zmiany dla siebie, nie dla kogoś. Podobno taka jest droga do szczerej miłości i wsparcia.
