  • Ankle mobility and strength plays a key role in injury prevention. -
In most sports, the ankle joint goes through a wide range of movement under a large amount of force due to direction changes and plyometric movements.
-
Compound exercises such as squats, deadlifts and weighted lunges help strengthen the muscles around the joint itself reducing the risks of injury.
-
Introducing an uneven surface such as the BOSU ball helps expose the joint to multi dimensional movements while still under load but in a controlled manner.
-
Use a TRX to further support the movement and reduce the load.
-
Here are some of my favourite ankle strength exercises using a BOSU ball, perfect as a warm up for a plyometric session or as exercises on their own.
-
As I’m sure you’ve noticed, we have recently gone under a complete rebranding and with this, we’d like to invite you to our special re-launch offer. This is specifically for amateur athletes looking to take their sport specific skills to the next level over the next 60 days. It’s a remote program, so you can join from anywhere in the world. -
To make the most of the offer, we are looking for 4-6 athletes to take part at a HUGE DISCOUNT to trial the new program and help work out any kinks. If that’s you, comment ‘tell me more’ below and we’ll message you with the details.

  • Name a stronger trio 💭 I’ll wait... jkjk, but for real though, today @bpnsupps launched their Strong Reds™️ superfood formula (aka a nutrient powerhouse) and I can’t get enough! It’s packed with antioxidants, digestive enzymes, and ingredients to help promote blood flow and nutrient absorption. Not to mention it pairs SO well with Strong Greens™️!
I actually wasn’t really a fan of superfood powders as a kid when my grandpa kept encouraging me to take them because I always thought they had a poor taste. This is what sets BPN apart—their flavoring is unmatched! Now I can’t go a day without taking these superfoods because I feel just THAT GOOD when I do!

  • Godesses Saraswati states that all Gods are present in the Linga - "Brahma, Hara, Vishnu, Rama, Dhari, Lakshmi, Dhriti, Smrti, Prajni, Dhara, Durga, Sachi, Rudras, Vasus, Skanda, Visakha, Sakha, Naigamesa, guardians of the quarters, planets, the Ganas, Nandin, Ganapati, Pitras, sages, those lustrous ones beginning with Kubera, Adityas, Vasus, Samkhyaa, the excellent physicians Asvins, Visvedevas, Sadhyas, Pasus, birds: and animals— everything beginning with Brahma and ending with an immobile thing is founded on the Linga. Hence, one shall eschew everything and install the unchanging Linga. If one worships it, it is as good as worshipping everything installed assiduously." Thus as every God is present in the Linga, it is highly auspicious to worship Linga. Trinities are situated in Linga and it is also stated in Linga Purana - "Lord Brahma resides at the root, Lord Vishnu in the middle. The lord of all unborn Pasupati in the form of Rudra resides at the top." Similar interpretation is also found in the Skanda Purana - “The endless sky (that great void which contains the entire universe) is the Linga, the Earth is its base. At the end of time the entire universe and all the Gods finally merge in the Linga itself.” In yogic lore, the linga is considered the first form to arise when creation occurs, and also the last form before the dissolution of creation. It is therefore seen as an access to Lord Shiva or that which lies beyond physical creation.

Thus it is highly auspicious to worship the Linga form of Shiva!!! ✨🌺👁📿🌿🌼🐚🕉🔆🍃🌷🔔💀🍂🌻🐍🔱🌹🌀⏳🌙🌸🌈🙏✨ Hara Hara Mahadev ~ Om Namah Shivaya!! ✨🌺👁📿🌿🌼🐚🕉🔆🍃🌷🔔💀🍂🌻🐍🔱🌹🌀⏳🌙🌸🌈🙏✨

  • What separates a great team from an average team?⁣
⁣
Most people think it’s solely about people’s skills and talents.⁣
⁣
Now, don’t get me wrong, skills are very important, but it shouldn’t be the highest priority when it comes to hiring and building a team.⁣
⁣
Let me give you an example.⁣
⁣
Person A is a great marketer, but he doesn’t get along with ANY of his teammates and he doesn’t keep the deadlines.⁣
⁣
Person B is a decent marketer and he communicates well with everyone on the team AND he finishes his tasks on time.⁣
⁣
Who do you think I’d be more likely to hire?⁣
⁣
You see, a team with a great culture but only decent skills will always outperform a team with bad culture and great skills.⁣
⁣
And that’s why my team and I produce outstanding results.⁣
⁣
Now, with great culture I mean someone who is constantly learning, making no excuses, finishing their tasks on time, and loyal to their team.⁣
⁣
What’s the most important thing when it comes to work culture for you?
