You may have seen these in my stories, last time I made them with Italian jumbo potatoes (cut in wedges), just use whatever you prefer! This time I used some Swedish baby potatoes, so cute😍😋⁣⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

RECIPE⁣⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Potatoes:⁣⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
500 g (1 pound) white potatoes, chopped⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tbsp olive oil⁣⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds⁣⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 tsp black pepper⁣⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 tsp ground coriander ⁣⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2 tbsp water⁣⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

- Coat the potatoes with all spices, 1/2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp sesame seeds.⁣⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Spread the potatoes (skin/bottoms down) on an oven sheet and bake at 180 C (350 F) for ~15 minutes then top with remaining olive oil and sesame seeds and bake for another ~10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Serve with the dipping sauce.⁣⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

INGREDIENTS
Serves 2
3-4 potatoes
3 eggs
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 375ºF/190ºC.
2. Slice potato in half then take the half and quarter it.
3. Whisk 3 eggs in a small bowl.
4. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
5. Coat each wedge in egg wash, then coat in dry mix, until entirely covered.
6. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
7. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
8. Enjoy!

for 4 servings * 	1 russet potato
* 	2 tablespoons olive oil
* 	salt, to taste
Preparation
* 	On a cutting board, slice the potato into ⅛-inch (3 mm) slices.
* 	Dry the potato slices with a paper towel until there is no more moisture.
* 	Transfer the sliced potatoes to a bowl and coat in olive oil.
* 	Wipe down a large flat microwavable-safe plate with olive oil to prevent the chips from sticking.
* 	Place the chips on the plate in an even layer and sprinkle with salt.
* 	Microwave the chips on high for 6-7 minutes or until the chips just start to brown. When the chips develop some color remove them from the microwave and slowly peel from the plate. If chips are sticking, they can also be flipped halfway through!
* 	Repeat this process until all the potato slices are cooked.
* 	Enjoy! * 	Calories 78

Scalda un filo d'olio in padella e poggia il burger all'interno eliminando la carta forno. Cuoci i burger 3 minuti da un lato e 2 minuti dall’altro, dovranno risultare dorati in superficie. Servi ben caldi!⁣⁠

  • the go to brunch that never dissapoints👏🏼 using an old pic but having the same exact thing this morning! Probably eat this meal at least twice a week & love how super easy it is to throw together. happy saturday friends, hope it’s a good one🌻

  • It's only fitting that the middle of August is #nationalallotmentweek -- if you're going to be eating the majority of all things homegrown it's now. Just yesterday I dug up these beauties from my own plot. Apache potatoes are nutty, buttery, and just perfect for roasting. I've not tried it yet but I've heard that if you blanch the potatoes first, they'll keep those handsome colours through the roasting process. PS -- thank you @thompsonmorgan1855 for sending the seed potatoes for these. They're as stunning as they look in your catalogue!

    It's only fitting that the middle of August is #nationalallotmentweek -- if you're going to be eating the majority of all things homegrown it's now. Just yesterday I dug up these beauties from my own plot. Apache potatoes are nutty, buttery, and just perfect for roasting. I've not tried it yet but I've heard that if you blanch the potatoes first, they'll keep those handsome colours through the roasting process. PS -- thank you @thompsonmorgan1855 for sending the seed potatoes for these. They're as stunning as they look in your catalogue!
