He broke this record by running a mile at exactly 3:59:8. Nowadays, 4mins is just the standard time for middle runners.

Here the things to be avoid while doing inversion ❌ Menstrual period time
❌ Neck or back pain
❌Diabetic, Hypertension and any cardiovascular problem, ear/sinus problem
❌ Pregnant woman

  • There’s a very big difference between being a good person and being ‘nice’.

Between being a good and decent person and a person who allows others to treat them badly.
-
Kind, decent people with integrity have absolutely no problem AT ALL with being assertive and difficult when it counts and when it’s needed.
-
They have no problem standing up for what is right, what they want and their principles and values, even when that means offending or upsetting others.
-
Good people have principles, values and integrity. A code for how they conduct themselves and for how they go out into the world.
-
That code is the foundation stone of their identity and they follow it even (and especially) when it is hard.
-
‘Nice’ people will betray their values and their code, they will undermine their own integrity in order to appease or fit in.
-
The ‘foundation stone’ of their identity is how much people like them and so they will completely compromise themselves and bend themselves out of shape in order to comply with what others want.

Does this sound good, decent or kind to you?

Does this sounds like integrity?

Until you see assertiveness accurately (as simply integrity) and until you are comfortable being instinctively and reflexively assertive when the situation requires it, you are holding yourself back and blocking your confidence and success.

And consider, despite what most of the world thinks, how much of a good person you can really be by being ‘nice’?

Don’t answer straight away, just consider this.

And then today if you want to, shift your focus from being nice to being a good, decent person; calm, kind and respectful but clear on your values and your code and unafraid to be assertive and difficult when the situation requires it.

It’s the first step in living life on your terms.
