  • It's not the workouts that are hard. You can workout for 2 hours a day... but if your eating isn't in check you will not see results. 🤷‍♀️ Believe me, I've tried lol!

TODAY we launched a seperate program to learn allllllll about nutrition - using the portion control system I have been using for over 3 years that helped me lose 40 pounds! I have had so many people ask me if they can JUST have nutrition help since they like to do their own thing with their fitness.

Enrollment is now open for my next group - starting April 1st! Fresh month to refocus on those goals you set for yourself at the beginning of the year. You can just get the nutrition program OR you can add workouts too! Make sure you reach out if you want me to save you a spot and we can chat about which option would be right for you!
