  • Almost 20 years between these two images. The girl on the left I don’t even identify with anymore.

She hated herself. She used food, alcohol, and cigarettes to mask her pain. She hated exercise and “wasn’t motivated” to even try.  She felt worthless. She allowed #Fibromyalgia and #backpain to rule her life and didn’t know how to even begin to change.

Pic on the right is me, today, living the life I didn’t know was possible. It started with trying something new and WAY out of my comfort zone.

My #transformation began with one Yoga/Pilates Fusion class. That one class left me feeling like I “might” actually like “working out” 😱 and gave me hope to keep going to see what else I could accomplish.

Soon after that photo on the left was taken, I lost almost 40 pounds and had 8 fitness certifications under my belt. I loved myself and I loved helping others. Teaching fitness became my passion and my career.

It didn’t all happen at once, but it did happen ... and it’s still happening! All because of that choice I made 20 years ago to “just try”. I now know that anything I set my mind to is possible.

  • Starting the week off strong with some #mobility training 🙌🏻! This flow is great at working through your hip flexors as well as toning your #glutes #hamstrings #core and #shoulder 🔥!!! It’s an awesome way to warm up and practice hip mobility. I used one blue spring.
