Ayer algunos me preguntasteis que era..
Es una tortita con crema de 🥜
Pero la corto y en caliente Le echo la crema, cuando por la tarde me la como la crema se compacta y está 🤤 que te mueres.

Hoy la tortita la hice diferente, añadí la merienda con la media mañana y la fruta del medio día😝 ~Huevo, clara, kefir, queso batido, saborizante choco blanco, harina de avena Gofre y choco blanco y harina de arroz tarta de queso, plátano y a la sartén tapada y a fuego muy lento. Cuando está cuajada Le añado la granola y con un plato Le doy la vuelta. Dejo un segundo que selle por ese lado y la saco. La corto a cuadrados y voy echando por capas trocitos y cucharada de crema de cacahuete 🥜

Es para morir lentamente 🥰

  • Peanut & jelly mousse tart.
Las tartas fría son un postre ideal para salir de la rutina del helado y quedar bien con tus amigos. ¿Quien va a decirle que no a un trocito de esta tarta de mousse de cacahuete con espiral de gelatina azul?
La base se hace en un momento con almendras, coco ralllado, dátiles, aceite de coco y pizca de sal y no necesita horno. 
La mousse de cacahuete ya la he hecho anteriormente de almendra y de avellana... (la de almendra es mi favorita).
Y por encima, para darle un toque fresco y veraniego, lleva una espiral de té de flores Butterfly Pea lleno de propiedades antioxidantes y pensamientos secos ecologicos de @biobrotes.
¿Algún fan más como yo por aquí, de las tartas frías? 🙋‍♀️🐾🐾

Who is going to say no to a piece of this peanut mousse cake with a blue gelatin swirl? 
The base is made with almonds, coconut, dates, coconut oil and pinch of salt and does not need an oven. The peanut mousse I have made previously almond and hazelnut ... (the almond is my favorite). And above, to give it a fresh and summery touch, it has a Butterfly Pea flower tea swirl full of antioxidant properties and an intense blue color and edible pansies.
Any other fan around cold cakes like me? 🙋‍♀️🐾🐾

What is more, the amount of waste produced from the animal agriculture industry has devastating effects on the surrounding communities. It pollutes, it deprives, and it only exists because of demand from us. I am vegan for everything. Cows, pigs, chickens and HUMANS.

This is definitely a recipe you want to try! I mean who doesn’t love the sound of these bliss balls 💁🏻‍♀️ Not only is it a SEVEN INGREDIENT recipe, but it’s also easy on the stomach for those like me with digestive issues 😵

🥜 1/4 cup canadian maple syrup⁣
🥜 1/2 cup unsweetened natural peanut butter⁣
🥜 2 tablespoons cacao powder⁣
🥜 2 tablespoons chia seeds⁣
🥜 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder ⁣
🥜 1/4 cup fine dessicated coconut (to roll in at the end)⁣

Mix everything except the coconut in a blender. Roll into small balls, then roll in the coconut. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes and they’re ready! ⁣

  • Some delicious cooked oats in the beautiful France🇫🇷❤️ I haven’t cooked oats in such a long time, because I’m tooooo lazy. I always throw some oats in the microwave and hope for the best, but I gotta say, I missed these cooked oats. I really needed some oats, because I just came back from an epic run🏃‍♀️in the mountains🏔and it was rough and yes I’m low key dying... but I did it, so I’m proud of myself👍😅⭐️

RECIPE: cook some plant based milk (150 ml) in a pan. When it cooks, throw some oats (50 grams of any kind of oats) in the pan with the milk and give it a good stir and a couple of minutes to become a little creamy. Throw the oats in a bowl and top it off with any kind of fruit or butter, I used some banana slices, some apricots and a scoop of peanut butter.

  • Thai peanut sauce! I love this on top of veggie heavy meals like these nori wraps that are perfect for hot days like the ones we’ve been having! Just mix:
• 1 Tbsp peanut butter •  1 tsp red curry paste
• 1/2 tsp coconut aminos
• 1/2 tsp soy sauce or tamari • 1/4 tsp garlic powder 
Whisk it all together and drizzle or dip away! I poured it over nori wraps with cauliflower rice, edamame and avocado and topped it all off with some sesame seeds for a great summer lunch! 👌🏻 Happy Sunday!

I first came across Maca Powder when I was at the Eden Project in Cornwall! Maca is a root vegetable plant found exclusively in Peru within the Andean Mountains & is also known as “Peruvian Ginseng”. As explained on Creative Natures Website, it is ‘rich in various minerals and vitamins. A few of these are Calcium, Iron and Zinc which are crucial for healthy bones, red blood cells and immune function.’
‘Maca Powder is also high in Iodine, which supports healthy adrenal gland and thyroid function. This ensures hormone balance and weight maintenance.’
On top of this, Maca Powder has been suggested by research to raise libido and increase energy levels.
