  • Cuando vendes lo que te gusta es mucho más fácil. Partimos, tanto @leimito y yo, que parte de “pegarla” es ir de adentro hacia afuera. No de afuera hacia adentro. . . Por más que el amor al chocolate sea universal, no partimos de: ¿qué es el postre que más gusta a los argentinos/venezolanos? Si no, ¿cuál me gusta a mi? Porque así, se hace llevadero el reformular, mejorar, y seguir probando. . . . Empezar por lo que te salga bien, pienso, no es escoger el camino fácil; por el contrario, es permitirte las condiciones para poder aguantar y disfrutar un poco más el proceso, y por consecuencia, se tienen siempre mejores resultados 💝💞. . . Por eso, larga vida al chocolate y muerte a la fruta jejeje. Los quiero 🤘🏻

  • La Anti torta pasteleril!! Hoy fue un día de ocuparme de la familia, pero no quería que termine el día sin hacer este post. Cuando tengo ganas de comer torta de manzana o extraño mucho a mí mamá hago esta torta, xq ella no cocina mucho pero esta es la torta q siempre me hizo, y como para mí representa tanto amor, quería compartirla con ustedes Ingredientes: 20 cucharadas de azúcar 20 cucharadas de leche 20 cucharadas de harina 2 huevos 1cdta de los esencia de vainilla 1 ralladura de limón 2 manzanas peladas y cortadas en cubos Cubos de manteca Preparación: Mezclar el azúcar con los huevos e incorporarle la esencia de vainilla y la ralladura de un limón. Incorporar las cucharadas de harina intercalada con las cucharadas de leche. Mezclar los cubos de manzana en la preparación y unos daditos de manteca, volcar la preparación en un molde savarin y cocinar a horno medio hasta que al introducir un palillo salga seco Es tan simple como eso, si quieren pueden espolvorearla x arriba con azúcar impalpable, sino sola es riquísima igual!! Ojalá creen algún recuerdo hermoso con esta torta mediante como los que tengo yo!! #pastry #pasteleria #torta #pastrylife

    Ingredientes:
    20 cucharadas de azúcar
    20 cucharadas de leche
    20 cucharadas de harina

    1cdta de los esencia de vainilla
    1 ralladura de limón
