  • I’m wheelly excited about this one. Shell I tell you what it is?

Okay it’s only the best gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan *HERB BAKED MAC & CHEESE* I’ve ever made. I came home exhausted from this week and I really just wanted a comforting night on the couch with season 6 of Grace & Frankie and a big bowl of pasta. Thankfully I realized I had all the makings of pasta goodness right in my fridge/pantry. Well, out came this creamy goodness. So without further ado, here’s what you need:
- 1-8 oz box of pasta of your choice (I used @eatbanza chickpea wheels & shells)
- @simplemills gf crackers (I used the sprouted seed, about 10 whole crackers and the bottom broken bits)
- 1 heaping 1/3 cup of @violife_foods mozzarella shreds
- 5 @violife_foods mature cheddar slices - 1 cup dairy-free milk (I used cashew)
- 1.5 TBSP of @miyokoscreamery vegan butter - 2 TBSP of almond flour
- 1 TBSP of almond milk plain yogurt
- @thrivemarket vegan Parmesan shaker
- 1/4 tsp each of kosher salt, black pepper, ground mustard seed, garlic powder, Italian seasoning mix, and onion powder; more to taste

Here’s what you do: Cook pasta according to box, leave slightly al dente. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. While pasta cooks, crush the crackers in a small food processor or in a clear bag with your hands until crumbles form. Drain pasta and set aside. In the same saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter and mix in almond flour. Then slowly add milk and all seasonings, stirring often until it boils. Lower heat and add in the yogurt, mozzarella, some shakes of Parmesan, and the cheddar, ripping the cheddar slices up into small pieces as you add them. Keep mixing until cheese melts, and adjust seasonings at this point if needed. Add pasta into the sauce and stir to fully cover the noodles. Then pour the mixture into a greased oven-safe shallow pan. Cover in the cracker crumbs and bake for about 15 minutes, finish by broiling on high for 1-2 minutes, watching closely not to over-brown the top. Top with more black pepper and parmesan. That’s all it takes! Perfect creamy baked goodness, that is perfect for vegans & dairy lovers alike.

5時間ほったらかしにした、まー美味い国産牛ホホ肉の赤ワイン煮込みっす👏
一晩ワインに漬け込み小麦粉まぶしてちゃっちゃっと焼いて溜め込んでた肉のスジの出しと一緒にコトコトコトコト煮込んで作りますた~👨‍🍳
手作りマッシュポテトもなんとじゃが芋から茹で裏漉ししてるんで芋の香りコクも一緒に味わえまし🍖🍷
食べたら分かる美味いヤツ‼️‼️
¥1200-で食べれマース‼️ ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

なんか、小麦のパスタなるべく控えるようにしてから、肌荒れもだいぶ落ち着いたから、やめられない、、100万払ったら肌荒れも太りもしないなら、払う。その位好きだから、とりあえずこれを解決策とした笑

Una idea buenísima  para acompañar pastas y variar de la salsa de tomate o la manteca 😉

Receta: 💈INGREDIENTES 💈 -2/3 dientes de ajo -50g Albahaca -20g Nueces
-25g queso rallado
-aceite de oliva c/n
-Sal c/n 💈PROCEDIMIENTO 💈 -Colocar los ajos picados y albahaca en el mixer.
-Mixear y agregar el queso con las nueces.
-Verter de a poco aceite de oliva  mientras continuas mixeando hasta desear la consistencia deseada.
-Disfrutar

  • I’m always looking for new recipes  and this @tastemade Norma Eggplant Pasta is bomb! It’s a great way to use this underutilized vegetable in something other that Caponata or Parmigiana. 🍆
2 globe eggplant 
1lb Campanella pasta
1.5C of the pasta water 
3 garlic cloves sliced 
EVOO
1 6oz can tomato paste 
Parmesan cheese 
Basil leaves torn
Salt/Pepper to taste 🍝
Halve the eggplants and broil  20min skin side up on baking sheet. Let cool and scoop out eggplant - reserve. Cook pasta and reserve 1.5C pasta water to add to sauce later. Sauté garlic in EVOO for 1 min and add tomato paste. Cook for 1-2 mins and add pasta water. Simmer sauce for a few minutes and add eggplant. Salt and pepper to taste while you simmer for several minutes.  Add the al dente pasta to the sauce, plate with Parmesan and Basil. Bon appétite!
