Recipe below.

Blandade i burk:
2 dl havregryn (rena för helt glutenfria)
2 msk chiafrön 
2 krm kanel
1 krm ingefära 
1 krm nejlika 
1 krm kardemumma 
Fyllde på med mandelmjölk så allt täcktes, och rörde om. Lät stå några minuter och fyllde på med mer mjölk och rörde om igen.
Behöver stå svalt minst 3 timmar tycker jag, gärna över natten. 🍪

In a jar:
2 dl rolled oats
2 msk chiaseeds 
2 krm cinnamon 
1 krm ginger powder
1 krm clove
1 krm cardamom 
Filled up with almond milk. Stirred and waited a few minutes. 
Filled up with more almond milk and stirred again.
Put in the fridge over night or at least 3 hours, I think. 🍪

These oats are pulling an all-nighter to make a grab-and-go protein-packed breakfast. ☀️👏

INGREDIENTS
½ cup rolled old fashioned oats
½ cup milk of choice
¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon sweetener of choice (honey or maple syrup)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings of choice
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place all ingredients into a large glass container and mix until combined.
2. Cover the glass container with a lid. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Toppings can be added the night before or immediately before serving.
