Here are some simple tips to push you in the right direction:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Don't jump directly into the asana; go about it in a flow. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Get ready for the flow by standing with your legs slightly apart and create as much length as you can in your spine. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Begin with breathing in and stretching your hands straight up with your biceps touching your ears.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. Breathe out and slowly bend forward with your arms falling down in front of you.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. At this stage, you can bend your knees so that your belly touches your thighs. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5. Go as low as you can, and try to clasp your toes in your finders but don't push yourself if you're in too much pain.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
6. Make sure your back is not hunched, it needs to be flat and sloping downwards.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
7. Stay in this position for a while and then bend an inch lower. You can also do some slow rhythmic pulsing at this point to move closer to the ground.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
8. Once you're comfortable in this position, start straightening your legs and placing your hands below the front of your feet. This will easily take you a few days to accomplish, so don't get disheartened if it doesn't work out in the first attempt.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Brennnesseln werden von vielen Menschen als ein lästiges Unkraut🌿 wahrgenommen, da sie bei Berührungen unangenehmen Schmerz🔥 verursachen. 
Der Kontakt mit einer Brennnessel ist unangenehm, wer kennt das schon nicht?
Trotzdem hat diese Pflanze zahlreiche positive Wirkungen auf den menschlichen Körper. Brennnesseln sind nämlich Nährstoff-Bomben💣 und liefern viele wichtige Inhaltsstoffe.
Und ein Fact, der mich am meisten zum staunen gebracht hat ist, dass Brennnesseln auf 100g 8g Eiweiss enthalten 💪 -> soviel wie in 100g Hülsenfrüchten😱.

🌱Zutaten:🌱
.
100 G Brennnesseln frisch
1 Stk Kartoffel
1/2 Stk Sellerie
1 Stk Zwiebel
1 Stk Knoblauchzehe
1 El Mandelmus
1 Tl Senf
1 Tl Kurkuma
Salz, Pfeffer
8 Dl Gemüsebrühe

🔪Zubereitung:🔪
.
Die Brennnesseln ernten und danach gut mit Wasser abspülen. Die Zwiebel und Knoblauchzehe fein hacken und mit den Brennnesseln in einer Bratpfanne andünsten. Die Kartoffel und den Sellerie rüsten und in kleine Würfel schneiden.
Alle Zutaten nun in einer Pfanne zugedeckt köcheln lassen. Alles mit einem Pürierstab oder mit einem Mixer pürieren und die Suppe warm geniessen.
