Aquele suco detox para ajudar a diminuir o inchaço da barriga..... Nesse suco não coloco fruta, mas coloco água de coco 🥥 que fica maravigold.

Bater no liquidificador 200ml de água de coco, 100 ml de água natural, 1 folha de couve, 4 galhos de hortelã somente as folhas, é um pedaço de gengibre, bater e não coar, pois as fibras das folhas ajuda a regular o intestino.
Após bater espremer meio limão na hora de beber..... eu simplesmente adoro 💕💕💕.
Gosto de tomar uma hora antes de almoçar para dar uma segurada na fome, pois ele satisfaz bem .

  • How does this make you feel just reading it? Does it make you smile or cringe? 
This morning I had an awesome convo with a couple moms that was perfect intro to a conversation I have often with my clients. Knowing your worth. Putting some confidence in your step RIGHT NOW! It is so freeing to spend less time thinking about yourself because you know who you are, who you were made to be (check your natural talents and things you love if you don’t know where to start), and how loved you are by God and others around you.

Do you spend a lot of time thinking negatively about yourself or even worse saying negative things about you out loud?? 😬 Please for the love that is good and holy don’t talk like that around your kids ... and most of your co-workers and friends probably don’t need those vibes/thoughts either. Often not knowing your worth causes  insecurities that hold you back from pursuing your passion and loving others to the fullest. 
There is so much self-help out there and it can be overwhelming and confusing between the worlds ways and lasting truth. Every so often a self-checkup may be helpful, but we need to take a break from self-analyzing and start applying that truth! The cure for low self-esteem comes with a shift in our focus. We need to shift our eyes up.

Sure, I joke how I love looking in the mirror and seeing my consistency pay off.... I might even wink at myself and say “you are welcome!” With a head nod.😂 But for me my confidence comes not from my ability but all God has carried me through.  It is hard to take our eyes off ourselves long enough to actually change a mindset focus as a habit, but as we study, listen, and pray, our feelings of insecurity can pretty quickly go away. This happens when our thoughts are elevated to something better than that of what we are not.

So my challenge to you.... write down 5 things that are awesome about you, be thankful and love your neighbor like you love ourselves (Matthew 22). Decide you are done spending your time contemplating your flaws or worrying about other people’s opinions, see all of our abilities to be amazing NOW!

Change the mind and the body will follow 💪 #fitforexcellence
