Şehir merkezinde neredeyse 5 dükkandan biri çiğ köfteci. Durum böyle olunca iyisini bulmak için herkese sorar oldum. Bir kısım dışarıda çiğ köfte yemiyor, evde etli bir şekilde kendi yapıyor ve tüketiyor. Memur ve esnafın büyük bir çoğunluğu ise Kenan ustayı ( @yeninesiladiyamancigkofte) tavsiye etti. Kenan usta çeşit çeşit ürünler geliştirmiş ve patentini de almış. Çevre illerin yanı sıra Türkiye’nin birçok ilini paket servisleri de varmış.

  • 🚨 PIZZA ROLL RECIPE 🚨 .
Ingredients for the Pizza Dough:
* 
2-2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour (250-295g)
* 
1 packet instant yeast (2 1/4 teaspoon)
* 
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
* 
3/4 teaspoon salt
* 
1/8-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and/or dried basil leaves/Zatar powder (optional)
* 
2 Tablespoons olive oil + additional
* 
3/4 cup warm water and milk togather.
Procedure:
* Combine flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. If desired, add garlic powder and dried basil at this point as well. Mix the dry ingredients!
* Add olive oil and warm water and milk gradually and your hand to knead until the dough is forming into a cohesive, elastic ball and is beginning to pull away from the sides of the bowl. The dough will still be slightly sticky but still should be manageable with your hands.
* Oil the bowl and the dough generously. Make few holes with your finger.
* Cover it and keep it in dark non ventilating area.
* Let it rest for an hour or so.

•250g tuna (tin packed)
•carrots, capsicum, onions, and spring onion, All the four bell peppers (all chopped)
• ginger and Garlic minced •1 tomato chopped
•Green chilies
•3tbs cream cheese
•1tbs green chili sauce •2tbs garlic Tomato sauce 
4tbs Olive
•2tbs oil
•salt to taste

For Butter coating, 
Take 100g butter melted at room temperature, add fresh chopped parsley ( seeds available at Ugao.com) and black pepper. 
Procedure:
As shown in the video! 
Ps: 
1-Do not over cook the Veges 
2- roll the dough flat n thick upto 1 inch
3- ones ☝🏻 the rolls are ready, let it sit for 15 min so it rises up again!
4- pre heat the oven 250 for 12 mins n bake for 7 mins till the crust turns golden ish! 🧡

  • Some people freak out over celebrities. I fangirl over chefs. Meeting Elena and going to @arzakrestaurant was a dream for me. Unexpectedly seeing Juan Mari and shaking his hand as I walked out was on another level. I wish I didn’t look so much in a food coma but that means they did well! So many feelings about this place.

So I’ve been healing really nicely wisdom-teeth wise, but yesterday I woke up swollen and numb again so we took another trip to the oral surgeon... short story short, they had to reopen the wound and flush it out and it was SO SORE 😫🤕 back to smoothies and soups for me and I am very frustrated but glad that there wasn’t an infection or nerve damage 😅 I think I need to really give myself more time to recover and not rush back to work and gym like I did last time!! My body obviously needs more time to heal so today I took the day off from work and am just resting at home 💪🏼 ——————————————————————
