- The narrative of talent
I wasn't born different.
I wasn't born with an unfair advantage or extra showers of blessing.
I was introduced to sound by my influences,
I was introduced to art by a sibling,
I was introduced to dance by Michael Jackson,
I was encouraged into poem-writing by @tomiwagcfr,
I was introduced to rap by @lord_finesse808,
molded by @sessbeats and practiced with @artsquareng,
I was introduced to video editing by @damilolalawal,
I was introduced to the things I developed a passion for, then practice happened.
I practiced as hard and as consistently as I could.
I wasn't born different,
I wasn't created special,
None of us were.
We are all shaped into what we are and what we love by forces known or unknown.
If my influences were different I wouldn't be here writing this.
Who are your influences?
Who inspires you?
What makes you, you?
What do you aspire to?
Our talents are not God-given, they're man-made.
We are all creative thanks to our overly developed brain, our capacity to love and experience existence, to imagine and then create. Everything is possible, as long as you develop a deep passion and an unforgiving resilience in practice and dedication towards it.
That is what will differentiate you from me, not talent, not gifts...practice, an unending practice!

- HAPPY NEW MONTH & WELCOME TO THE 2ND HALF OF THE YEAR
How Would You Describe The Year So Far?
Mine has been different from what I would have expected, some certain things I hoped would go so well didn't, and others I was certain will end up being an Epic fail actually turned out to be great. I literally almost gave up on myself last month but I'm glad I didn't 😊. I'm taking every disappointment as a lesson and trying to improve on myself every single day.
Cheers to learning, growing and overcoming every limit🥂. HAPPY NEW MONTH FAM!!
WHAT HAS THESE PAST 6 MONTHS BEEN FOR YOU?

"I had to forgive a person who wasn't even sorry... And that's strength"
Since today's #forgivenessday I decided to throw out to some questions to you all (also asked on my insta story)...Do you think one can completely forgive without any form of Closure? Do you think Closure is even necessary for your mental health? What does forgiveness mean to you? 👇👇👇
Would appreciate it if you could help me out with an understanding and I'd love to hear your view on this?😘😚
