  • 3 Tricks I Use To Stay Consistent In Fitness That Might Help You:

1. I have 3 gym memberships. I use @anytimefitness, @crunchgym and @impactfitnessauburn. I realize not everyone can afford this, but for me, it's an investment since working out every day is a top priority. Not only does it keep my workouts more interesting by shifting environments, but it also enables me to ALWAYS lift when I travel. This has made a world of difference.

2. I always plan my day around my workouts. I split my day's into thirds. The AM, the afternoon and the evening. And no matter what comes up, I always make sure that at least one of those thirds is for me and my personal development/fitness. This is super challenging at times, but well-designed days is the key to your success. As our dear friend, coach and mentor @davidmeltzer says, always be a student of your calendar.

3. I always have my gym bag on me. My close friends and family laugh because I always look like I'm traveling for a week, lol. If you're close to me, you know I always have a gym bag, a suitcase and a back pack in my car or on my person at all times. You never know when opportunity might strike. I can't even tell you how many work sessions, podcasts and masterminds have gone way over, and how many times I had to adapt on the fly to get a workout in. Always be gym-ready. It will pay off more than you think.
