  • Who says what you can or can't so? Success is a chase game, if you're content you desire is dead. If you don't believe in your work, pack it up and go home. Week 3 on my way to nats, this block seems to be killing me slowly, but results show that good planning and consistency pays off. 
W3D3: A 2reps increase in 2 weeks
 may not seem much, but when you look at the whole picture you understand what I mean, 13reps to 15reps @110kg is significant.

Nothing is permanent, there will be ups and downs and life will happen, but remember you have control over how you react and the attitude you choose to wear each day. Today I choose to release control and focus on gratitude. ❤️

  • A quick update to explain why I've added in stretches and exercise. Massive thanks to @mazbrighton_massagetherapy

I've started to Deadlift regularly now to rebuild after my knee injury and the frequency is affecting my flexibility, specifically my hamstrings. So having a daily practice of improving my mobility and suppleness is key to driving my performance at Deadlifts. 
The exercise aspect for rehab is also key to my recovery to hopefully be able to squat some time soon. Also moving the body early in the morning wakes up your metabolism, your mind and is a great way to improve your mood and energy levels. Though this is low level activity, it increases heart rate nonetheless. 
All other aspects are about making me more disciplined in life, throughout the day. Making the bed, squeegee cleaning the shower glass etc are only 30 seconds of my day each, but they programme mental maps, neuron highways in my brain that build habits of hard work and conscientiousness. Things I try to apply to other aspects of my day that are not natural skills of mine. 
Work on your weaknesses . But always remember to promote and spend time in your areas of strength. The things you do naturally are the most efficient ways to find happiness and success. If you spend 80% of your time capitalising on your strengths and 20% of your time working on your weaknesses, you won't go far wrong. 
Keep it disciplined in your weakness. And keep it free flowing in your strengths.

Also, hit a PB today in the shower of 120 seconds. The water was the coldest yet as well.

Lastly, combine as many of these tasks as you can to save time if you struggle to find it.

Das Wochenende wird entspannt angegangen & da freu ich mich drauf! 
Ich möchte mich nämlich nicht mehr unnötig zu stressen. Wenn ich etwas zeitlich nicht schaffe, ist es so. Jetzt habe ich ein paar Tage frei, habe mein „Restday-Weekend“ und kann mich ganz entspannt um liegen gebliebene Dinge kümmern 🤗
So sehr ich das Gym liebe, mittlerweile genieße ich auch die Restdays um Energie zu sammeln ⚡️

  • 100 K followers ❤️🎈💋 DĚKUJI.. Děkuji že vás to baví, inspiruje, motivuje, udělá hezčí minutu nebo den, já neměla žádné ambice tady, Instagram je a byl vždy jen koníček. Focení, móda, cestování, jídlo mě vždy bavilo bez ohledu na sociální sítě, ale teď je možnost to vše s vámi sdílet a tak věci které chci s vámi ráda sdílím ❤️ Ale i já žiju svůj soukromý život, kde ne vždy je vše růžové, kde mám svoje starosti o radosti, rodinu a přátele a ne o všechny momenty se chci dělit. Spousta lidí se mě teď ptá zda insta ovlivňuje můj život, já myslím, že vůbec, boom těchto sítí mě zastihl již životními zkušenostmi nabitou a silnou, kdo mě zná ví, že moji podstatu nezmění nic, znám ty pravé hodnoty v životě, nesoudím, nekritizuji, neničím si svůj život závistí, nenávistí a zlobou a věřím, že i toto prostřednictvím fotek vnímáte. Včera mi přišlo velké množství zpráv o zneužití mých fotek na různých pochybných stránkách, díky za to, že na to reagujete a dáte mi vědět, tohle je věc, kterou nepochopím, ale úspěch holt nese i tuto stránku, bohužel internet je natolik anonymní svět, že jen těžko tu odhalíte skutečnou tvář každého. Proto berme ho s lehkostí, jen jako pouhý zdroj inspirace a potěšení, ten skutečný život je úplně jinde. ❤️🎈P. S. Děkuji rodině a všem svým blízkým lidem, že stojí při mě, pomáhají mi a vydrží to, že fotím skoro všude 🙈😄
