1 - Sobre as relações pessoais. O custo da verdade.

As pessoas falam mal de você e atentam contra a sua confiança pelas costas. O tempo todo. Família, amigos, colegas de trabalho, parceiros amorosos. Sem exceção. Só que, normalmente, você não fica sabendo disso. É o tipo de informação que somente chega a você por acaso ou se você envidar esforços para descobri-la. Mas conhecer a verdade tem um custo. Quando você tem acesso a uma informação que, normalmente, não teria, você 'quebra a regra do jogo' social, e passa a se comportar conforme a verdade conhecida, o que desequilibra o jogo da convivência. E isso tem um preço, que é a possível destruição de relações que não seriam obliteradas que você tivesse se mantido na ignorância do que soube. Quando se sabe a verdade, você atrai pra si próprio a responsabilidade total pelo que fazer seguir. Suponhamos que você descubra uma traição, mexendo desautorizadamente no telefone do(s) seu(ua) parceiro(a). Se você decide seguir adiante e conviver com a traição, a culpa dele(a) cai no mínimo pela metade, senão menos. Se decide romper, pelo que soube, também. Pense no lado filosófico da coisa: se você tivesse morrido sem saber da traição, e vivido bem o resto dos seus dias junto do seu(ua) parceiro(a), é como se, pela sua ótica, nunca tivesse sido traído(a). Uma vida feliz, sem a verdade, ou a verdade a todo custo? E a troco de quê?

  • I AM SO ASHAMED OF PAKISTAN.......What right do we have to criticise Modi and his BJP, RSS gang and their mindset, when one of our most renowned filmmaker's award winning, long awaited film that has won praises at the world's most prestigious film festivals and that has been already cleared by our film censor boards, is blocked from release in Pakistan?...........What a shame that a bunch of illiterate, looney tunes, mullahs, whose reality and ignorance our public is well aware of, cannot be prevented from bullying our talented filmmakers & media professionals. Our law courts, censor boards and govt departments silently accept the bullying of these mad mullahs instead of imprisoning them..........I AM ALSO ASHAMED OF THE PAKISTANI PUBLIC......Look at India right now......Yes they have an extremist goverment in power, with a regressive agenda & mindset......But look at how their people are awake and out on the streets to protest against that government and its mindset.....Where are our Pakistani people? Our students? Our universities? Our intellectuals?   • Ao mesmo tempo que podemos nos comunicar verbalmente, outro tipo de comunicação também acontece através da nossa postura corporal.

Ou seja, nosso corpo demonstra O QUE estamos sentido ou COMO estamos nos sentindo. E essa comunicação afeta o julgamento de quem nos percebe. Pessoas em posição de poder ou dominação, geralmente agem com expressões corporais mais abertas ou expansivas. Braços abertos, queixo levantado, etc. Por outro lado, pessoas com sentimentos mais enfraquecidos tendem a se encolher, se dobrar, adquirem uma postura menor e mais protegida. Pernas ou braços cruzados, coluna encurvada, cabeça baixa...

Um estudo liderado por Amy Cuddy, psicóloga social, apontou que mudanças nesse tipo de postura podem refletir em mudanças de comportamento. Isso quer dizer que uma simples mudança de postura corporal pode desencadear uma mudança de sentimento e até, ao longo do tempo, configurar o cérebro para ser assertivo, confiante e confortável.

Segundo o estudo, exercer uma postura mais expansiva antes de alguma situação de estresse, e por apenas 2 minutos, pode mudar seu desempenho. Por exemplo, em uma entrevista de emprego ou diante de uma reunião de trabalho. Isso pode ser decisivo no seu dia a dia!

A explicação científica é que a postura de poder (executada por 2 minutos) aumenta a testosterona e reduz o nível de cortisol, consequentemente aumentando a confiança e reduzindo o estresse no nosso corpo.

Assim, podemos entender (e praticar) que nossos corpos mudam nossas mentes, nossas mentes podem mudar nosso comportamento e nosso comportamento pode mudar nosso destino.

  • [19:21, 22/01/2020] Victor Tapias: Muitas vezes ficamos apegados ao que aconteceu em nosso passado e isso não nos permite mover. Foram relações dolorosas, foram acontecimentos tristes, foram desafios que talvez ainda não tenham sido superados.

Quando nos relacionamos verdadeiramente com outras pessoas, sem todas as máscaras que colocamos em nossas vidas, percebemos que os outros também tiveram seus problemas e questões, assim como nós. Isso é o que nos torna humanos, o fato de que vivemos uma enxurrada de emoções diferentes todos os dias. .
. 
Hoje eu vi isso com certa nitidez em dois momentos parecidos, com diferentes resultados. Primeiro parei para uma senhora e uma moça atravessarem na faixa. Elas me agradeceram como se isso nunca houvesse acontecido na vida delas e falaram um monte de coisas bonitas em poucos segundos. 
Instantes depois, parei o carro, sem ver, por 10 minutos, em frente à uma garagem que tinha guia alta. Assim que retornei o senhor perguntou se eu tinha carteira de motorista e começou a me xingar. .
.
O primeiro momento, foi o momento. O segundo momento também foi o momento. As chances eram altas de eu me aprisionar no segundo momento e me tornar prisioneiro dele. Pesquisas dizem que para cada 1 situação negativa precisamos ter de 3 a 5 situações positivas para ficarmos equilibrados. Se você se tornar consciente do que acontece em sua vida, momento a momento e trabalhar a sua mente com práticas meditativas e terapêuticas eu tenho certeza que poderá reduzir esse número.

Important key tips are ; ➡️ Pivot at your knees, not your hips ➡️ Squeeze the core through the entire movement ➡️ Track your knees in-line with your feet 🦶  Disclaimer : Be aware of what you use as the wedge under foot. Make sure you utilize a stable surface 👍

  • Did you know that the average adult only reads 4 books a year?  Most likely because they are spending an average of 4 hours a day watching TV.
Most self-made millionaires read 2 books per month.  Coincidence? Definitely not!
Knowledge is the most valuable resource you can acquire.

This is Aina speaking 🙋🏼‍♀️ I tried to do my best to picture how Kangen Water machine works... as many of you ask it to us! Hope it clarifies a bit 🙏🏽 .
💧FUNCTIONING💧:

It’s connected to the tap. The water passes through the first filter removing impurities turning it into purified water, then it passes through the electrolysis chamber that contains titanium and platinum plates, charging the water with positive and negative ions obtaining alkaline water and acidic water, respectively.

Sounds easy, right? And the results are unbelievable!! I started to use it for my stomach and digestion problems, and I really feel better... but I will explain it on another post 🦋

Die Zeitdauer dieser Entwicklung ist aber auch nicht entscheidend: sondern dass du erkennst, dass die Beziehung zu dir selbst die wichtigste Beziehung in deinem Leben ist. „Du bist die einzige Person in deinem Leben, die alles mit dir mitmachen wird.“ [Kaffee mit Schuss, Folge 4] ⁣
Hart aber treffend formuliert, würde ich sagen. Unabhängig von gewissen Konstanten wie Familie und den Freunden, welche für dich längst zur Familie gehören, bist du es, der dich am besten kennen sollte. ⁣

Es wird ein Stück dauern, bis du dich selbst verstehen wirst. Wenn du dies schon jetzt tust und bereit warst, zu dir selbst ‚Ja!‘ zu sagen: Cheers! Auf dich! 🥂⁣
Doch genauso auf jeden Einzelnen, der bereit ist, sich mit sich selbst auseinanderzusetzen. Das Gefühl, in dem die positiven Gedanken das erste Mal unbewusst aufkommen, ist unbeschreiblich. ⁣

  • I’m not always as happy as I am in this picture. In fact, I have bad days just like you. So what then do we do when we have those days where our smiles don’t come as easily and our thoughts are haunted with darkness? We shift. 🎭

It’s not always easy, but that doesn’t mean it’s not possible. I don’t think anyone has constant positive thoughts. So when the painful ones creep in and you feel stuck or down in the dumps, you have to change things up. There are many ways to do this. I’ll share the ones I did today when I had a not so hot morning where I felt as gloomy as the rainy weather outside. ⛈

Meditation. Many of you have heard me talk about this before. It is absolutely one of those things that makes a huge difference in my life, and especially when it comes to my emotions and my ability to control them. Sitting down for 10 minutes, focusing on my breath, and choosing to quiet my mind works wonders when my thoughts go dark. It helps especially when I choose to do a gratitude meditation. This involves going through lists of things that I’m grateful for. It’s kind of hard to be sad/gloomy when you’re filling your heart with gratitude. 🧘🏼‍♀️

Journaling. Sometimes it’s necessary to dump our mental baggage out of our minds and onto paper. I like to do some dumping while digging deep into what my triggers might be. Asking myself why I feel a certain way. Exploring the reasons I might be down. I then turn these negative thoughts around and form new positive ones. I create affirmations and then say them back to myself out loud. 📓

Eye-Gazing. This one has been new for me, but I have found that I truly connect with myself better and feel quite uplifted when I’m done. Staring into your own eyes in the mirror can be hard at first. Really seeing yourself right there in the moment. Loving her. Understanding her. As I look back at myself, I can feel the negative self talk start to rise. I quiet that part of me by switching up the dialogue. I love you. You’re beautiful. You’re strong. You’re powerful. You say this to yourself enough, and you’ll start to believe it. 👁👁

  • This is going to be a very honest and vulnerable post. This is me without make-up. But I have lip fillers and my eyebrows are filled through micro blading. ⁣
⁣
I feel more beautiful like this. This is me being very vulnerable. I have and had very mixed feelings towards beauty procedures. On the one side, I feel that full self-love is accepting all of you, just the way it is. Fully detaching from any beauty standard. And I admire people who fully live and feel that in everything they do.⁣
⁣
But self-love is a process. And I’m not perfect. And that is self-love too: doing what feels right for YOU. And owning your imperfections and our insecurities.⁣
⁣
This is my body and I can decide what I want to do with it in this lifetime. We pretty much all alter our natural body states in some way. We choose a certain hair style, we get tattooed, choose certain clothes, wear make-up, go to the gym, we shave.⁣
⁣
It’s a very fine line between changing your physique and expressing yourself through your looks as an act of self-love and freedom. And covering insecurities with physical changes, because you are culturally conditioned by deep-rooted beauty ideals. I am honest, I have lip fillers for a little bit of both reasons. ⁣
⁣
Maybe one day I like my natural lips more. But until then, I will do what makes me feel good. Because I am here to make myself happy, not others. And that is self-love as well. ⁣

Auf das Thema Zähne will ich gerade auch ein bisschen hinaus. Dieses Bild zu posten kostet mich Überwindung. Große Überwindung. Vielleicht fragst du warum, oder du hast es direkt gesehen.

Ich habe trotz einer Zahnspange während meiner Teenager Zeit schiefe Zähne im Unterkiefer. Ein „Schönheitsmakel“ für manche. Für mich jedenfalls über eine sehr lange Zeit.

Ich war damals auf dem Musikgymnasium, habe Querflöte gespielt & somit kam eine feste Zahnstange nicht in Frage. Und wie das in dem Alter nun mal so ist, wenn man die Wahl hat, dann lässt man die Spange eben auch mal weg, oder auch öfter. Das Ergebnis sehe ich jetzt. Es war so lange so schwierig für mich damit umzugehen. Aber der kleine Makel gehört zu mir und wird mich immer an die Zeit damals erinnern. Ich bin echt gern zur Schule gegangen. Eine Zeit an die ich mich gern erinnere. Und es erinnert mich auch immer wieder daran, mich sobald ich anfange mich zu kritisieren ich diese Gedanken stoppe und nicht zulassen möchte. Selbstliebe ist ein Prozess, der auch seine Höhen und Tiefen hat, gute und schlechte Tage, aber dennoch sind wir alle wunderschön mit unseren „Makeln“. Und das krasse ist finde ich, dass wir meist selbst unser größter Kritiker sind und andere unsere vermeintlichen „Makel“ gar nicht so wahrnehmen wie wir selbst.

Man kann äußerlich auch viel verändern. Zu Ärzten gehen usw., aber all das wird niemals die Herzenshaltung zu uns selbst ändern. Und sind wir mal ehrlich „Makel“ werden nicht weniger im Prozess des Älterwerdens. Also ist es doch klüger, wir arbeiten an unserer inneren Einstellung als an einem „perfekten“ äußeren Erscheinungsbild.

Selbstannahme ist so so wichtig. Sich selbst zuzusprechen, dass man gut so ist, wie man ist. Wunderbar gemacht. Geliebt. #WUNDERSCHÖN. Ohne uns verändern zu müssen.

Und für mich persönlich hat Selbstannahme und Selbstliebe auch etwas mit Dankbarkeit zu tun. Mit Dankbarkeit darüber, dass ich wunderbar gemacht bin, von meinem Schöpfer. Und ich, als seine Tochter darf mich so glücklich schätzen & dankbar sein.

    Und für mich persönlich hat Selbstannahme und Selbstliebe auch etwas mit Dankbarkeit zu tun. Mit Dankbarkeit darüber, dass ich wunderbar gemacht bin, von meinem Schöpfer. Und ich, als seine Tochter darf mich so glücklich schätzen & dankbar sein.

Lachen, Freunde treffen, in der Öffentlichkeit essen und trinken, roten Lippenstift tragen → das alles sind Dinge, zu denen ich jahrelang nicht mehr in der Lage war. Zerfressen von negativen Gedanken, ging es jeden Tag ein Stückchen weiter bergab für mich. Sobald ich in den Spiegel geschaut habe, habe ich einen fremden Menschen gesehen, den ich nicht erkannt habe. Wer war dieses tieftraurige Mädchen, was so hasserfüllt durch die Welt stolperte ohne jegliche Orientierung? Ich habe wirklich alles und jeden gehasst.... und am meisten mich selbst.

Doch irgendwann kommst du an den Punkt, da musst du dich bewusst entscheiden, ob du dieses mal die richtige Abzweigung auf deinem Weg nehmen möchtest oder nochmal eine Extrarunde drehen willst mit tausenden Umwegen, die dich einfach nicht zum Ziel führen. Das ist keine Schande, was meint ihr wie viele Extrarunden ich gedreht habe, bis ich mal richtig abgebogen bin.🤷‍♀️ Aber irgendwann ist ein Richtungswechsel nötig.🔄

Es ist keine 'Einstellungssache' und auch kein 'Zusammenreißen', was hilft, um wieder auf die richtige Spur zu kommen. Es ist harte Arbeit und ein langer Prozess, den man bereit sein muss, anzutreten. Ich würde lügen, wenn ich sagen würde, das ist gar nicht so schwer, das kriegst du schon hin. Aber was ich euch versprechen kann: ES LOHNT SICH! Ihr werdet es nicht sofort spüren, wenn sich etwas verändert, aber wenn ihr es spürt, ist es ein überwältigendes Gefühl, was ich jedem von euch wünsche!✨♥️
