Please know that I HATE giving savage reviews like this.. 😔 I want people to experience GREAT QUALITY FOOD and thats why i created this page! 🙏🏽 im not trying to rip down a business, im only trying to give constructive feedback for improvement! ❤ reviews like this only surface when i don't believe that justice has been done to the type of food being cooked! 😕 if you decide to make a certain dish, put some love and pride into it please 😖 ASK yourself if you'd be willing to pay for and eat, the quality of food you're providing.. please dont put up dishes just for the menus sake 🙏🏽
☑ 4.5/10..👎🏽 Honestly A MAJOR LETDOWN and A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT 😑 in a few words, "BADLY COOKED MEAT" 🚫 I'm actually being pretty generous with that 4.5! 🤔 the only reason it wasn't a 4 was because the Pork Ribs were decent.. not amazing or great, but decent, tasty and EDIBLE! 🙄 they still are not worth $49 for what you get IMO 🤨 WHY SO BAD?! 🤔 here goes.. firstly the BEEF RIBS were OVERCOOKED.. they were DRY and as chewy as a piece of overdone steak 😔 in order to digest it i had to chew on a bite for almost 2 minutes just to break it down ☹ next was the BEEF BRISKET.. 😕 two words "RIDICULOUSLY DRY" 🧦 it felt as if i were eating pieces of meat that had been REHEATED in the microwave multiple times.. the meat tasted dehydrated with no moisture or juice except for the thin layer of fat, and that couldnt even save it! 🧐 lastly, the DRY RUB LAMB RIBS.. 😊 the rub was great! Very tasty with a lot of great deep flavours and seasoning HOWEVER, the meat itself was CHEWY 🚧 the fat had to be chewed and ripped as chunks.. again just badly cooked meat.. 😢 I didn't finish the BEEF RIBS or BEEF BRISKET.. 🤦🏾 such a disappointment and absolute zero value for money 😔 I do NOT recommend their BBQ! 🚫

Recently @missmagicalbrunching and I had the opportunity to stop by @crusheleven to check out their new lunch offerings. Oh👏🏻my👏🏻gosh👏🏻 This was easily one of the best lunches I have had in a long time.
To nibble on before our meal we had the Salmon Toast which was topped with house smoked salmon, avocado egg salad, and shaved cucumbers. It was so perfect and light! We also had to try the Miso Maple Sweet Potato Fries topped with pork belly, which were absolutely perfect topped with a squeeze of fresh lime juice 🤤
For my entree I had to try the Fried Chicken Sandwich, which was so perfectly cooked and dressed up with pimento cheese, pickled cherry jam, and greens on a brioche bun. It was to die for! Definitely a dish I can’t wait to try again sometime.
Crush XI really knocks it out of the park when it comes to lunch. Be sure to stop by the next time you’re in Downtown Melbourne, and check out their wonderful dinner and Sunday Brunch options as well! I know each time I visit I am in for an incredible meal and exceptional service, and the lunch @missmagicalbrunching and I shared this day was no exception! What a supper.
Although it seemed messy, still mouthwatering.
I like the concept of helping yourself to take whatever you see from shelf, can create your own portion with various ingredients without wasting any bit of food.(only if you don’t lose your mind)
