Se localiza debajo del hueso púbico, y abarca la región genital y el plexo hipogástrico .
La palabra svadhisthana se traduce como “la morada del ser” y su elemento es el agua, que equivale a la cohesión
.
Svadhisthana equilibrado evoca sentimientos de bienestar, abundancia, placer y dicha. Cuando este chakra está en desequilibrio, puedes experimentar inestabilidad emocional, bloqueos creativos, miedo al cambio, disfunción sexual, depresión o adicciones.
Puedes abrir este chakra con la expresión creativa y honrando tu cuerpo

Como humanos, crear es parte de nuestra naturaleza. En el momento en el que tomamos materias primas, físicas o mentales, y las transformamos en algo nuevo, estamos utilizando nuestra energía creativa
.
El problema con la creatividad es que se nos desalienta de llevar a cabo esfuerzos creativos, y esto empieza desde la educación. Los adultos nos acostumbramos a hacer lo que es correcto, lo que es aceptable para los demás. Entonces, cuando se nos pide que inventemos algo nuevo, tenemos problemas para hacerlo

Juega como un niño para despertar tu energía creativa

La razón por la que dejamos de ser creativos es porque en algún momento, alguien nos dijo que no éramos buenos o que no podíamos hacerlo. Para desbloquear ésta energía, debes tomar riesgos y no tener miedo al fracaso, como un niño cuando juega
.
El juego es una gran forma de comenzar a abrir este chakra. Tienes una cantidad infinita de energía creativa dentro de ti, así que úsala!

Círculos pélvicos sentado: Sentado con las piernas cruzadas o en medio loto con las manos en las rodillas, haz círculos con el torso
Baddha konasana, la pose de la mariposa con inclinación hacia adelante

  • So I’ve been asked quite a few times over the past year or so how the hell I stay so positive?..and my answer is really quite simple !..it’s because I’m still alive 🖤
See I’ve had to deal with so much in my immediate family from a very young girl from loosing both my brothers to addiction and mental health..my father becoming ill and loosing everything to begin again on my own with four kids..a lot of people would have crumble and I did for a long time!..but then I found gratitude 🙏..for my life..for my chance to start over and for my baby’s I still have with me💙..see the way I see it is you can either let the bad things in your life make you or break you..change you for the better from all your life lessons!..or wallow in the pain !..my kids deserved a happy mammy a strong mammy and a mammy that wouldn’t give up for no one !..so when people ask me or wonder why this smile is so constant..I tell them it’s because I have life..and that I’m gonna live it being me doing me for me and my baby’s..and if I can get through all the shitty bits of life still so positive and grateful for it then I’m sure as hell anybody else can too..I changed my mindset and it changed me🖤#gratitude #survivor #warrior #meditation #mindset #overcomingobstacles

  • Basic self care is our most basic need. ❤

Unless we take care of ourselves, how can we take care of others and work on our goals? It’s that simple. 🤷🏻‍♀️
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Somedays it may feel like you just can't dedicate the time to self care. We get everything done that is necessary, without realising just how necessary self-care is. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So here are my top tips for finding the time for self care:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Choose 2 self care rituals each day that you want to implement into your daily routine. These may be prayer, meditation, exercise, reading, listening to music, affirmations, visualisation or many more! Whatever feels like self care to you. 💭
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Break down your day into 3 parts; Morning, Midday and Evening. Delegate 2 parts to your day you feel will be most suited to your self care ritual. 🕐
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Set a time for your ritual, put it in your diary and know that this is an important part to your day. Your ritual is just as necessary as getting the kids ready for school, cooking breakfast, or going to work. 📆
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. Stick to this for 21 days! Taking part in something for 21 days help to form a habit that can be in your life long-term.

  • DECISION FATIGUE // I made the leap from having a whole house FULL of stuff to living our of a suitcase about 4 years ago.I cut my wardrobe by 80% and immediately felt RELEIF.  I thought I would get bored with less "options" but I actually found more freedom. 🌀
I didn't realise how much time and energy I was using just to decide what to wear each day! 🙄 
Decision fatigue with food? No wonder! going into the grocery store where there is food from every corner of the globe under one roof. And choosing when, where and what to eat several times a day, everyday.
🧘🏽‍♀️ It's the same energy drain in my yoga practice, With countless apps and styles available at my fingertips, I would end up scrolling for longer than I would actually practice! 
This minimalist mindset started to cascade over my whole life. Eating more simply, knowing what foods support my body best and sticking to it. ✅
Claiming my own practice and trusting it. ✅
Resisting the urge to accumulate belongings, in an attempt to feel like I belong. 🙏🏼
If you are overwhelmed or overworked, do a life audit this week (Saturday is the full moon for releasing) 🌕

I won’t omit pieces of myself, limiting my potential to make others feel more comfortable. My strength lets me anchor in more love & light, holding space for others to feel their way towards growth & change. I can’t apologise for it.

Some people find the idea of radical self-love offensive. Some might even confuse my confidence with their own insecurities at times. If you’re feeling triggered by this - perhaps it’s not about me? Perhaps there’s a part of you that’s ready to heal?

I’ve spent years ‘doing the work’ figuring out who the heck I am, calling back my power & reclaiming lost fragments ... So now I live the way that’s right for me. The knowledge I’ve gained on this path allows me to help others do the same. It’s the most precious gift I have and I promise I won’t waste it.

SO JUST FOR TODAY - please try & appreciate your own particular gifts , remember you’re DOPE ❤️ Thank yourself and your ancestors for all you’ve learned . You’ll be rewarded x .
