  • Just walked in and found this little monkey reading The Little Book Of Wildlife. ⁣
⁣
Even though she is only 4 years old she is able to work out the animals from the rhymes. She also enjoys looking at the Illustrations. ⁣
⁣
If you have a little one that adores learning about wildlife, then the Little Book Of Wildlife is a must have.⁣

  • YAY - my NEW WEBSITE is up and running, here is a screen shot from one page.
A very big thank you to Paul Williams for all his techie help in putting this together, I could not have done this on my own.
I now have to learn how to use Mobirise, the website builder program, so I can manage it myself.
Supposedly “Mobirise is perfect for non-techies who are not familiar with the intricacies of web development and prefer to work as visually as possible.”
Please do take a quick look, it is a much more concise website than my old one.

  • Did you know dolphins can use things like conch shells to catch fish while they are swimming and then they dump the fish right into their mouth? I think that’s very cool and shows how smart they are which we’ve already known dolphins are intelligent animals for a long time :)) this piece is now finished and currently available for purchase it just needs time to dry and for me to varnish it #oil #dolphin #marineart #art #painting

  • “A Fair Farewell”| 22x30
.
Inspired from a photograph taken by a talented new friend @temoanapoole .
Raised in Moorea, Temoana (Polynesian for “deep ocean”) quite literally lives out his name as a gifted free diver and underwater photographer. His eye for capturing moments beneath the surface is as brilliant as his broad smile.
Check out his work!

  • Settling back into the drawing board today after returning from an indulgent exploration of Edinburgh. Blessed to have had sunshine caressing the cobbles as we delved into medieval streets, elegant corners and wondrously cosy timbers. It’s hard to slow down sometimes, but Scotland’s capital left us no choice, a silent agreement upon getting off our train. So many places to watch the world go by, kick back and breathe some space into our minds. I’m always leading the working wave, a big part of me understands the power of consistent hard work. But there’s also power in stepping back, dis-connecting to re-connect. Ideas need space to grow, and a gentle nurturing hand at the beginning. It’s a testament to the requirement to rest. Làst put its daily pursuit on hold this week, taking restorative pleasure in just taking some time. There are many moments which make up your day, but it’s never the stressful ones, or the ‘to-do’ lists that remain through time in the form of memory. Those daily stresses often give way, and what we are left with are the memory makers. The coffee shared with love, the dried mud on boots from that walk. Our trip has been a reminder of the need to allow room for moments in the haze of our daily’s. For those of you have been to Edinburgh, you’ll know just how many moments await. Make some time to take some time. Làst is open for business again, starting with the release of our limited edition Làst Sharks 🦈 you know where to go to bring yours home. Big love, T & A x
