  • Un año después y lo han vuelto a hacer, han vuelto a ser CAMPEONES! Lamentablemente este año no he tenido la oportunidad de ir este año, lo tuve que ver desde el sofá de mi casa. Durante todo este año los he seguido por las redes, me encantan las historias cotidianas de la vida, tanto que parecen seres normales y no los dioses del Olimpo que son. Aún recuerdo como temblaba de los nervios cuando le pedí a @ifbb_elitepro_michal_krizo hacerme una foto con él, tan Gigante lo veía o cuando no pude dejar de admirar la belleza y dulzura de @yana_smith_kuznetsova cuando se la pedí a ella. Para mí representan la humildad de los GRANDES! Ahora estaba nerviosa cuando escuchaba la resolución de los jueces y me sentí feliz de que ambos ganarán en sus categorías. Me da pena no poder estar en la conferencia mañana. Aún recuerdo cuando Michal decía el año pasado, que había tenido que cambiar el billete de regreso a su casa porque como sabía que no iba a ganar, lo había sacado para el día anterior 😁 Ojalá los pueda volver a ver el año que viene en la @arnoldclassiceurope

I took a whole scoop of @bowmar_nutrition Pre before this workout and ohhhh my gosh I felt like I had such a big pump the whole time! 😂⠀

I’ve been trying to vary my bicep workouts a bit more since I tend to get bored with it! It worked... to an extent 😂🤷🏻‍♀️⠀

Here’s my workout!⠀
🌸heavy barbell curls (30 is heavy for me OKAY 😂) - aim for 8-10 reps⠀
🌸AMRAP chin-ups - optional: ab curls at the end if you can manage to hold onto the bars for ten more seconds 😂⠀
🌸light barbell curls - aim for 12-15 reps⠀
🌸alternating bicep curls⠀

#Meditation has always been a way to organize my mind & discard unwanted thoughts. However, when I've had an action-filled day, I can't just sit and "think" without getting distracted; I need to engage my conscious mind by penning down thoughts - in my journal. ⁠

📖 Write about all that you did today - "woke up, went to work, went to the gym, met a friend, etc." - this will help you get into "flashback mode" - like a warm-up for your mind to center itself. ⁠
.⁠
📖 ⁠Write top 3 things that bothered you today - made you feel incomplete, unhappy or alone. Mention them one below another, now start writing a solution to *fix* them right next to those points.⁠
.📖 Write about all that you accomplished today in extreme positivity - "i had a smashing workout" ; "I rocked todays meeting at work"; "my lunch was a super delicious clean meal" ..⁠
.📖 Write about what you want to achieve in your life - long term goals; rewrite them, if you wrote about them yesterday.. keep rewriting them until it gets embedded in your subconscious. ⁠

📖 Finally, write about what you want to accomplish tomorrow in extreme detail eg for work - "I want to have a productive day at work, where I am focussed in all my meetings, dedicated & driven to solve any problem. I will not get bored or lazy or procrastinate". ⁠
