  • Goooood morning and Happy Easter friends!! 😊🐣💐☀️ I hope everyone has a great day spent celebrating with loved ones 🥰 I just HAD to share this amazing lunch bowl I had the other day 🤩 (looks like a mess but it was DIVINE): brown rice, kale, roasted sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and cauliflower along with lentils, sunflower seeds, and a super light and refreshing detox dressing (I’m not a fan of dressing usually but I used a little bit and it was so good!) The meet this weekend went well, I had a 1 sec pr which is a step in the right direction considering how my body’s been feeling really run down lately (I’m thinking it’s low iron 🤷🏻‍♀️) excited to see what the last few weeks of the semester/season bring!! Keep going, we’re almost at the finish line!

  • Easter leg session 🐣 
First proper deadlift session for a few months went very well. 3 solid sets at 140kg.
Finished with split squats worked up to 3 sets at 37.5kg.
