  • 👩🏽when you make your own granola, you realise just how much coconut oil and maple syrup is necessary to get it tasting and crunching THAT GOOD. and then it reminds you to have it in very small portions, just two tablespoons, (or maybe three!) is all you need 🤗 this recipe is super simple and I managed to pick all my ingredients up from @nakedfoodscronulla because a one stop shop is my kinda style. recipe for all you granola-munchers below 🦸🏽‍♀️ 👩🏽‍🍳RECIPE👩🏽‍🍳
1 and 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup white quinoa
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pepitas
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 and 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil 👩🏽‍🌾METHOD👩🏽‍🌾
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
2. Put all dry ingredients into bowl and mix well.
3. Slowly melt coconut oil over low heat on the stove
4. Add maple syrup to coconut oil and stir over low heat for another thirty seconds till combined
5. Pour oil and syrup over dry ingredients and coat thoroughly
6. Pour granola contents onto lined baking tray and bake until golden brown 💁🏽‍♀️TIP: watch your granola and mix it up every ten minutes so as not to let any burn - I probably shook mine up every ten minutes for a forty minute period till done. 👸🏽Keep in an airtight container for two weeks - have with some dairy-free yoghurt and fruit, or on top of an açai bowl, or sprinkled on your smoothie 🌟🤤
