- Thick thighs save lives lol. I don't know about all of that... but what I do know is that I hated my legs the majority of my life! They never fit in jeans or ANY pants "properly"....I always have to find the right outfit that they aren't overwhelming EVERYTHING. Rarely happens. They make shopping DIFFICULT. Anybody feel me?! ✋🏾 But how can you hate something that someone else wishes that they had?! How can you hate something that's run 41 half marathons and countless other miles?! I remember one day running 20 miles...TWENTY MILES... with my BIG OLE LEGS!
They've carried me around the world for over 50 yrs and been the reason I've placed top 10 in every show I've done... even winning two- 1st place trophies in my first show ever.
They can deadlift 300 lbs easily.... and squat almost that much! So, thank you big ole hamstrings & big ole quads!!! We're stuck with each other for life lol.
Can they be better? Yes! And they have been.... but never hate any part of your body. You're beautiful... you're YOU... Now just be the best version of you possible!

- ARMS + SHOULDERS 🏔
Starting to get to the point in this cut where working out is fun again. When I initially started I just felt weak being in a calorie deficit. But over time, when your muscles get more defined, working is exciting. You feel like you get more lean with every workout.
One. More. Week... of serious cutting at 100g carbs per day. Then after my trip to Florida I’ll stay around 200g carbs so I can enjoy summer foods while staying in a deficit 💪🏻

One of the best glute focused exercises. A great movement for both males and females🍑🍑🎂
I don’t use a pad in the video but definitely use one as this can be tough on your skin if you go heavy💡
TIPS FOR THIS EXERCISE: 📙🌿
1️⃣ Place your feet where your shins are perpendicular to the floor
2️⃣ Wedge your shoulder blades into the benchpress
3️⃣ Allow the weight to sink your hips and explode through your heels with a hip thrust (squeeze at the top!!)
4️⃣ As I said above, use a hip pad if you’re going heavier!💯
