I used to be a not so nice person because I was SCARED to self evaluate and say I NEEDED TO CHANGE. So I placed blame on others. Saying other people trying to be better were lame and uncool. Now I see clearly and I KNOW that was a defense mechanism. 
Hate, bullying, mean words, people who talk bad about you .... GUESS WHAT? they are jealous or unhappy with THEMSELVES. I speak from experience. 
BUT in a world filled with so much violence and negativity WHO are we to fill the world with more. TRUST ME, you get what you GIVE in this world and probably the next. 
Stay true to you, be kind and when you see a hater ..... Smile because they will get theirs. TRUST ME , there are hundreds viewing my post NOT hitting like because they know it's true 🙌🏻

See my arm growth. I'm heading for 16" arms. I want it by summer 💪

I've been doing some more complex arm training this past month and I have seen a little more growth in my arms. More angles, more exercises. .
Make sure you're heading in the right direction to maximise results. .
The scale, the weights, visual feedback, and measurements.
.
Remember, it's simply feedback. Don't get upset by it if it's not what you want. Use it and see it objectively and consider changing things up. .
I talk about having positive metrics all the time. .
This is one of those positive metrics.

The only time you may see a "negative outcome", in air quotes because in reality it's not but may be perceived as negative,  is perhaps when you're losing fat, because when you're losing fat you're going to lose size.

That's just how the cookie crumbles.

if you're coming down from a higher fat percentage, expect to lose size in for example your arms, and well, everywhere else. .
Every month or two I measure my stats. But I mainly just measure my arm stats on a monthly basis.

When you get more advanced, then you can think about maximizing proportions to a decimal point to maximize aesthetics. Until you're advanced however that is simply not necessary. .
visual feedback is perfect and what I currently use for my direction moving forward. .

  • Hey Leute🐥. Heute war ein großer Tag. Der Tag der #Abschlussprüfung in Deutsch📚. Um 8:05 haben wir begonnen, wir hatten 15min Zeit um uns zu entscheiden, ob wir Wahlteil A oder B erarbeiten wollen. Ich entschied mich für B. 
Danach begann um 8:20 das Hörverstehen. Es war ein Radiobeitrag, ein junger Mann welcher eine Weltreise tat. Nach dem ich dies bearbeitet hatte, fing ich mit dem Basisteil an. In dem war eine Kurzgeschichte gegeben. Dies ging auch um das Reisen. Doch in den Aufgaben mussten wir mehr von den Gefühlen der Figuren schreiben und erläutern. Zum Schluss kam eben mein Wahlteil B. Es handelte davon, dass auch  Auszubildende ein berufliches Auslandaufenthalt machen dürfen. Ich solle einen informierend-appelierenden Brief an meine Chefin schreiben, weshalb genau ich auch so eine Reise unternehmen sollte. 
Alsooo haha am Ende hat mir leider die Zeit gefehlt um meinen Brief dann durchzulesen und die Fehler zu verbessern. Ich durfte bloß noch die Wörter zählen. Plus minus sind es 795 Wörter. 
Naja ma schauen. Jetzt ruhe ich mich definitiv aus. Ich schaue gerade #Suits 👩🏽‍⚖⚖💼.
