  • I’m about to share something shocking! I’m going backward in technology times! When I had my excel sheet lead tracker I was the most profitable and the most successful with my ability to turn leads into closed transactions. I realized as much as I love my CRM program and it allows me to reach the masses it takes away from my ability to remember who’s who. Where they came from. When I need to follow up with them. What’s the value of the leads coming in? What’s my % rate of turning them over? What’s the dollar value of the potential commission? So I’m going back to the times when I had this awesome spreadsheet that calculated all that. I used to just sit down with my morning coffee and text or call/email everyone on the list until they said “yes” to me! Now I allow the system to make the touches! But guess what?! Guess what’s that’s missing? The #humanelement!! So I’m back to 80% turnover rate! Would you like a copy of the spreadsheet? I’m sharing!! Go to my #bio and download it!
