  • Damage overload 😢 this is not my work, but it makes me so sad. We post it because we're trying to bring awareness to the clients who are wearing poorly applied extensions also lash artists who may not be aware that they were poorly trained and are applying lashes incorrectly.

Yes, we say how could they not know, I say “simple.” If you go to school to become a doctor and they teach you how to cut open a chest and it works, you would trust and believe that the school and teacher were teaching you correctly. You wouldn’t doubt your educator. Then upon completion you would believe you were ready and knew what you were doing. Think about it like this, if you have nothing to compare yourself to until you’re in the industry among other doctors that are critiquing you and patients that give reviews, it can be hard to know if your doing it right. If more people spoke up, maybe then you would realize you were doing something wrong. I’m comparing it to being a doctor, but seriously we can’t always blame the lash artist. I blame the stupid YouTube channels that are teaching lashes in 5-minute tutorials; I blame the educators who are charging crumbs for training to make bank and teaching their students the bare minimum, I blame the clients for not vocalizing their bad experiences with these artists so that they can realize they are doing something wrong. We can’t just point fingers at one person. I know I can’t change that people will continue to apply lashes wrong. Maybe I can change the way we look at these situations and educate clients more so that they can make better judgement calls and share their poor experiences. If you have anything else you'd like to add as an artist or client, please share it in the comments below.

  • the map to my previous post.
I ALWAYS start with the spikes, the spikes are always in D curl - scatter the lengths evenly throughout but not too many. NARROW FANS 0.03 I pick 2-4 lashes off the strip and don’t even fan, but check to see it my bases are pointed.
The volume is C curl only in 0.03 - wise fluffy fans.
PRODUCTS USED ARE ALL @lashhh_ lash education products. So black - so matte - so beautiful!
What do you think? Would love you all to try this and show me your results!! GO GO

  • Stepping into month 7 of this pregnancy, what!? 🤩 I’m feeling it y’all. Last week’s spring weather combo was such a success I decided to put together a winter weather version! It’s freezing today which makes this velvet knit sweater so perfect + cozy! // on a more serious note, I’m going to be talking about some stuff we talked about while studying Romans 16 at church this morning on my stories in a little bit. It was the second Sunday into our “story” series. It had me balling because ya know #hormones lol it was talking about purpose and how the Lord orchestrates things and people in our lives to continue guiding us. It’s those stories in our lives that we’re meant to share. They’re orchestrated to guide others to him. It was a good one y’all. Until then, we’re on the road to Nashville to see some family and watch the Titans!

  • BBLA Lash Removal Video | 8 Minute procedure elapsed into a bit size tutorial! ✨✨✨ •
I often joke and say that if clients don’t follow my instructions, it will feel like they got Lemon Juice 🍋 in their eye! •
When applying the eyes pads, make sure that the client is able to seal and close there eyes completely before beginning the service. It’s extremely important that the eye stayed shut the ENTIRETY of the removal process.
With so many removal videos out there, I’ve noticed a lot of artists rush the removal service when it comes to gel removers. It’s extremely important to do it all as gently and gracefully as possible. Trying to jab at the extensions to forcefully remove them will only cause your client to twitch 🙅🏼‍♀️ opening their eye thus getting product and fumes all up in the eye. •
If you use too much pressure when swiping the extensions off, you move, slide and morph the eye and eye pads also resulting in the eye opening. •
