PIE SUSU

PIE SUSU 
Pie Recipe : @meibasuki
Rebake : @carolinelc88
Bahan crust:
200 gr butter
100 gr gula pasir halus
1 sdt parutan kulit lemon (kuningnya saja)
2 kuning telur
350 gr terigu prot rendah
.
Cara membuatnya:
1. Siapkan seluruh bahan
2. Kocok rata: butter, gula & kulit lemon
3. Masukkan kuning telur. Kocok sampai rata. Matikan mixer
4. Masukkan terigu sedikit2 sambil diaduk dg spatula. 
5. Aduk rata. Jgn diaduk menggunakan tangan. Krn adonan akan keras
6. Letakan adonan di plastik wrap
7. Bungkus & bulatkan adonan menggunakan plastik wrap. Masukkan ke kulkas selama 30 menit 
cara mencetak crust
1. Siapkan 2 lembar kertas ukuran 25x25 cm, rolling pin & loyang pie JGN MENGOLESI LOYANG DG APAPUN.
2. Ambil selembar kertas, ambil 40 gr adonan, bulatkan, letakkan di atas kertas roti(ini utk pie susu ukuran kecil) 
3. Tutup adonan dg kertas yg satunya lg
4. Gilas menggunakan rolling pin hingga ketebalan adonan sekitar 3 mm.
5. Lepaskan kertas roti bagian atas
6. Letakkan loyang pie di atasnya
7. Balikkan posisinya hingga adonan berada di atas loyang
8. Lepaskan kertas roti nya, tekan pelan adonan hingga menempel ke loyang
9. Tusuk2 dasarnya menggunakan garpu.
10. Panaskan oven, Panggang di oven di suhu 190 dercel selama 15 mnt
11. Angkat lalu tuang adonan vla, lanjutkan dioven dgn suhu 160-170 dercel hingga matang seseuaikan oven masing2.

Bahan :
8 kuning telur +2 putih telur
1/2 kaleng krimer Carnation 
1 kaleng Susu evaporasi/ uht (sy F &N) 
200 ml air 
2 sdm maizena larutkan dgn sedikit air
30 gr gula pasir 
1/2 sdt pasta vanilla (jika pake air pandan pasta vanilla skip) 
Cara membuat: - campur semua bahan aduk pake whisk sampe rata lalu saring 3-4 kali 
Lau tuang kedlm pie yg sdh dipanggang setengah matang. .

Wedding cake tip for humid weather okay. If you are going for buttercream, coat the cake thinly in white chocolate ganache (3-4:1/chocolate:non dairy cream) first before covering again in buttercream. The ganache will harden in room temp and will act as a casing to the cake ✌🏻

  • So I find it quite ironic how I currently make many birthday cakes for a living but the only time I’ve celebrated my birthday with a legit custom cake is only from age 1 to 5. The rest are store bought cakes for an intimate family dinner. Only recently I started ordering custom cakes for myself LOL I guess making Sweet 17th cakes is kinda special. It’s like being a part of something that I never get to experience 🤣🙌🏻
